Vacation rentals with a balcony in Province of Sondrio

We were looking for a home with a beautiful lake view and pleasant for our family of 4. Casa Cristina met all the conditions: clean and spacious accommodation, comfortable beds and great lake views. Very convenient and functional accommodation, we would recommend it!

Patricia, the host was very welcoming and we felt right at home. The house is directly at the lake, has a beautiful garden and also a canoe that we could use. We loved the nature around, hikes are close and we loved spending the mornings on the water, the beautiful small towns, the mountains and the water. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was super clean and fresh, with comfortable beds and a great location, close to everything and with easy access to explore the Como Lake. The view was truly spectacular, even better than in the photos. As others have mentioned, the apartment doesn’t come with basics like pepper, oil, or shower essentials, but it’s worth it because it makes the place feel extra clean and fresh. We felt very welcome, and we would definitely love to come back again. Thanks for everything!

Very nice location, in a very quiet area and surrounded by mountains. The host was very nice, helpful and responsive. I recommend staying here.

The view from the balcony was the most beautiful for us! The apartment had everything we needed for a week. Gera Lario is a little quieter and not too touristy, which we personally liked very much. For us, it was the perfect starting point to discover Lake Como by car and also take a hike or two.

We had a wonderful stay in Verceia. Verceia is a good place for daily trips around the Como lake or even Milano. A car is recommended, though. The village is very cute and the bakery downstairs is a dream. The flat was very clean, tidy and has a spacious living/dining/cooking area. The mountain-side bedroom is very quiet, with open windows the trains and cars in lake-side bedroom might wake you. Having two balkonies with amazing views is fantastic. And our host Lara was super friendly and helpful, as was everyone we met in the house and village. Highly recommended!

As advice, I would recommend a washing machine and a more accessible place to throw garbage, but this is a personal opinion, all in all it was very good, we would definitely come back with pleasure. The place is great as a base for hiking, biking, walking around Colico area. Claudia, the host, is very friendly and helpful person. You have everything you need in the place. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back😁

Great, clean and modern furnished apartment with everything you need and great view of the lake. The hosts welcomed us very nicely and were always available. You could also use the stand up paddle and canoes of the property. The apartment is located at the north end of the lake and we felt it was not quite as busy as in the more southern villages. Due to the location directly on the street, it is a bit louder, which did not bother us further. The direct access to the lake was always worth it and we would definitely go back.

Very spacious house with great views! Everything was very neatly cleaned! Large terrace and parking for three cars. Good contact with the friendly key holder. From Gravedona, it is a little fifteen minutes uphill via narrow roads with hairpin bends. In the immediate surroundings you can take beautiful walks. Highly recommended as a holiday accommodation!

Super nice and clean holiday home with large garden. From the balcony of the upper room you have a wonderful view of the Comer See. Kitchen is equipped with just everything you need. You should bring something like soap or dishwasher tabs yourself. The location is very quiet, but some serpentines away from the lake or center of the individual places. Accordingly, the nearest shopping facilities are also about 15-20 min away. Here you are dependent on the car. Adelia is a super nice hostess, and responds very quickly if you need anything. If you can speak Italian, this is an advantage :)

We felt very comfortable at the place. The house is very modern and tastefully decorated, everything was clean and well maintained. Particularly positive to highlight is the excellently equipped kitchen – everything you need to cook was really there. The parking situation was also ideal: We always found a parking space right in front of the house. Location was perfect for us. Overall a great place to stay that we would be happy to recommend!

Beautiful place with a special view over the lake. Private parking behind a fence. Lovely Italian feel from the house with authentic details. Functional kitchen and enough space to feel at home.

First of .. the agency was so helpful with check in and instruction. The place was immaculate, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. I’d book in a heartbeat!
