The apartment is very spacious. In the living room there is a window door with the window along the entire wall that makes the apartment very bright. The view faces the ski resort side mountains and is sunny for the whole day. The kitchen is well-equipped and the rooms are spacious. Perfect stay. Absolutely recommend. We'll definitely be back. Accommodation was top and location made it complete! Definitely recommended to go on a ski holiday or in summer for beautiful mountain hikes. Communication with Pietro also went super smoothly!

We are a young couple; we had a very pleasant week in Colico, the house is wonderful with a breathtaking view; its location is very convenient as it is close to many beaches. The environment is very quiet and serene, perfect for those who want to escape the city and enjoy nature. In itself, the house is really comfortable, clean and cozy, in its small way we had a very good time. Daniel was a very helpful host, he knows how to welcome guests, and make them feel at ease, he also gives very useful and interesting advice both for those who love to walk in nature, and for those who want to enjoy the local cuisine. We will definitely think about coming back.❤️

We followed the activities offered by Paola and we were delighted, especially for the viewpoint, beautiful hikes are to be done from there. access to Bellano is very well by foot in 45 minutes by the small marked path.

Several co-owners of the listing. If there are any problems, Andrea will take care of responding to requests. She is a very pleasant, proactive and accommodating person. Accommodation located high up with stunning views of Lake Como. Everything was functional or was quickly. A little cleaning would have been an undeniable plus. We stayed in this beautiful house from January 2 to 5, and it was a truly perfect experience! The house is cozy, very clean and equipped with every comfort, ideal for spending a few relaxing days. The spaces are well organized, tastefully furnished and with attention to detail, which made us feel immediately at home. The kitchen is impeccably equipped. The location was ideal for us because it was quiet but convenient to reach Tirano, the departure station of the Bernina Train. We also discovered nearby Valmalenco, very beautiful. Special thanks to Alessandro, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He made our stay even more enjoyable with his warm welcome.

This home was beautiful, clean and updated. We loved the views out almost every window! So many little amenities that helped give it that special touch. We would recommend this place!

My family and I stayed in Lorenzo's apartment for a good two weeks and we loved it. The location is wonderful, right by the water, garden use is possible without any problems, a lot can be explored on foot and many beautiful towns are easy to reach by car/ferry. Communication was impeccable and the apartment was very clean. Clear 5 stars 😊

It was excellent!👍 The rooms were very clean and tidy. The breakfast was delivered great, the surroundings were quiet, and the views were fantastic. Our host Maurizio was very friendly and helpful – he even gave us a bottle of champagne as a welcome and always responded very quickly to our inquiries, giving us a lot of useful information, such as a map, travel tips, recommendations for food and shopping. It was really helpful. The swimming pool with sun loungers and jacuzzi was definitely the highlight. We were able to relax wonderfully and enjoy the time 😌

Riccardo was a fantastic host! The apartment had incredible views of Lake Como and was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as expected. Riccardo was always quick to respond and truly went the extra mile—he even helped me navigate local transportation. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Once again, we had a truly wonderful stay at Lorenzo and Anna-Maria’s apartment. As always, everything was spotless clean, with fast and easy communication throughout. The flexible check-in made our arrival stress-free, and we felt right at home from the moment we stepped in. The apartment is perfectly located right next to the lake, offering a peaceful atmosphere and stunning views. We especially loved spending time in the half-shaded garden—complete with garden chairs, a table and a parasol. Just steps away, there’s a charming little “pebble beach,” perfect for relaxing while the kids splash around. Evening walks along the lakeside were the perfect way to wind down after sun-filled days. A special thanks to Paola, who is always incredibly helpful and attentive with anything needed during our stay. Another big plus is the nearby ferry dock—just a short walk away—which makes it easy to explore other villages around the lake. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year.

I had a lovely 5 night stay with my husband and daughter. The accommodations are spacious and the back patio was my favorite spot to relax. My daughter loved the pool. The location is fantastic as it’s close to the train station and a short walk to the promenade, ferry, and restaurants. I will definitely make a return trip!

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Sondrio can't beat the location and the apartment has everything you can think of for your stay. Elena was a wonderful host and will stay here again when I come back.
