Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Sondrio

Der Aufenthalt bei Sara war rundum perfekt. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und schnell, der Check-in lief absolut reibungslos. Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben – sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Ich habe mich von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und kann den Aufenthalt bei Sara uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch gelegen mit genung Restaurant und allen wichtigen Anbindung (Bus, Bahn, Fähre) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr gute Wohnung.

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit toller Terrasse und perfektem Seeblick sowie einem Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Der Ort Acquaseria ist recht klein, mit dem Auto aber ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Die Kommunikation mit Claudio und seiner Familie war vor der Anreise und auch vor Ort sehr freundlich und proaktiv. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Tizi’s house is in an incredible location to base out from if you’re looking to explore Lake Como. Varenna is a beautiful town - not too busy, not too quiet and probably the most picturesque we found. Tizi made our stay very comfortable and went out of his way to pick us up from the train station, drop us off and helped us work out how we could leave Varenna with train closure. Overall, great location, comfortable accomodation and Tizi’s personable nature made this a highlight of our Italy trip.

Great place for a vacation. Everything you need for a vacation was there (kitchen fully equipped). Nice and comfortable home, lots of space for a kid to run around.

Book it!!! Perfect location- walking distance within minutes from the train station and literally in front of the ferry. Will stay here again.

Perfect location in Varenna. Very close to the train station, close to the ferry dock. A short walk to the centre and restaurants and bars. Will rent the same appartment if we return. Loved staying in Varenna as a base for visiting Lake Como. Very clean and nice appartment. Lovely bathroom. The hosts was very helpful, offered restauranttips and was avaiable for questions and further help. Thank you!

Klare Empfehlung 😍 Kommunikation war super und schnelle Antwort. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wirklich wie im Bilderbuch. Am Pool waren wir immer alleine und von dort hat man auch einen tollen Panoramablick. Sonnenschirm etc. war alles vorhanden. Check- in gut beschrieben und einfach. Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern (Couch ist etwas klein für zwei aber entspricht den Fotos). Lage auch perfekt, die Fähre legt am Hafen in Gravedona an und man kommt gut von A nach B. Die Stadt ist fußläufig erreichbar und sehr authentisch im vergleich zu anderen Orten am Comer See, die nur von Touris überrannt werden.

Wir hatten als Familie einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Das Haus war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Sogar Kinderspielzeug stand zur Verfügung. Der Garten ist toll und bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Berge am Comersee. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Leider gab es zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes Bauarbeiten auf den Nachbargrundstücken, sodass es tagsüber von Montag-Freitag zum Teil lauter wurde. Zudem ist die Wohnung etwas hellhörig. Diese Kleinigkeiten trübten den Aufenthalt allerdings kaum merklich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Innocenta and Fabio’s sparkling, spacious apartment was the perfect base for a wonderful stay in Varenna on Lake Como. The apartment itself is beautiful with everything we needed - a great bathroom, abundance of towels, shampoo etc and a well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed. Everything was spotless and the attention to detail was amazing. Innocenta and Fabio provided a lot of food and snacks and a delicious apperitivo and nibbles to welcome us. The apartment has a garden for the use of guests with lovely outdoor furniture and a panoramic view of Lake Como. To make this place even more wonderful, Innocenta and Fabio made such an effort to help and advise us - their friendly hospitality added so much value to our experience. Thank you for your kindness and for making our stay so memorable.

Die Unterkunft hat einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Comer See, ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen, war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es war alles gut beschrieben und der Parkplatz in der Nähe schnell erreichbar. Man sollte mit einem Auto anreisen. Auch die Lage in der Nähe von Menaggio war ideal. Der See ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar und man kann vom kleinen Privatstrand aus baden gehen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt für uns zu dritt als Familie.

First time visiting Veranna. Great location; 5 minute walk to train station and less than 5 minutes to ferry. House was well stocked and cozy. Lovely garden. Perfect for family of five.

The house is charming and comfortable, ideally located. It is even better and more spacious than the pictures portray. The hosts were very helpful when my son got sick. And they let us know that the train would not be available after a certain date so we could plan our travel back to the airport accordingly. There is no a.c. But we had a fan for every bedroom. All of their recommendations are terrific, especially the closest restaurant, Locanda Cavallino. We ate there twice. And the view…unreal.

This place was fantastic! Not only is there a beautiful and open kitchen and a cozy bedroom and bathroom. The location in Bellano is stellar. Just a minute outside of the bustle of town. Every time we visited another town, would couldn’t wait to get back to Bellano which felt like a home. Thanks to this stay.

Tout était parfait , très propre , confortable La cuisine est très bien équipée . Et notre place préférée le balcon avec une vue extraordinaire! . Un bel appartement soigné , on se sent très bien . Merci pour ces heures de Bonheur !

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was within easy walking distance of the train and ferry stations and the old town center. The view from the patio and living room was lovely. One day was rainy, but the covered parts of the patio and open doors from the living room made for relaxing lake and mountain views, even in the rain. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was handy for cooking a couple dinners, and the washing machine was small but convenient for a couple quick loads. Communication and check-in went smoothly. Highly recommended.

Tolle Unterkunft in Gravedona. Alles war zu Fuß erreichbar. Check in war sehr nett. Auch bei schlechtem wetter lohnt sich das Apartment da es ein tolle Aussicht aus dem Schlafzimmer und vom Balkon bietet.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The instructions were so clear on how to get there and park. She gave us wonderful recommendations for dinner and breakfast. The Bellano Gorge was a worthwhile site. In summary, it couldn’t have been a better trip! Thank you Angela!

Andrea was very responsive all the time. Andrea’s place is beautiful. Very modern and clean and had everything my wife and I needed including an iron, washing machine, and a cool sound system. The kitchen was fully functional as well. The views from the balcony and bedroom are amazing. Just as shown in the pictures. Andrea had many suggestions of things to do and places where to eat that were quite helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable. This place is truly a gem in Lago di Como.

The view was even better in person, amazing place to stay, I would definitely recommend this accomodation 😊
