Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

The area is incredible, peaceful and the view spectacular. Asciano has the delightful charm of an Italian village. The people were friendly and welcoming. Even got greeted by their local police who offered up their number in case we needed anything. I felt safe, and it felt as if I lived there for years. I’d say this is a piece of heaven on earth. Very nice place with a great view, very quiet and relaxing. The apartment was clean and cozy. The only inconvenience were the squeaky doors.

Incredible stay and Bernardino and his family were incredibly welcoming and pleasant. They helped us check in later and were there to help us with any questions we had. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful Tuscan retreat.

We feel so lucky to of found Guido and his beautiful house. Firstly Guido could not be more helpful, so responsive, friendly and has the best recommendations! He made sure the house was spotless for our arrival, even the pool is so clean it was perfect. The house itself is stunning, stays lovely and cool in the heat but the garden is just drenched in sunshine. Guido has made sure you can bask in the sunshine by the pool or chill out in shade in the height of the afternoon. There are so many comfortable spots to sit in! The pool was lovely and refreshing when it was hot mid afternoon and looked beautiful in the evening. Tuscany is stunning, there's so much to explore - would heavily recommend a car for that. In walking distance there are a couple of very delicious restaurants and if you're feeling adventurous you can walk to the monostary nearby which is definitely worth visiting. Thank you Guido!

We had the best week in Nada’s home with our friends who travelled from Australia. The villa was so cute and cosy and had everything you would need. Nada is a great host who was very responsive and extremely friendly, it was just a shame we didn’t get to meet her in person. The main highlight for us was when Viola (Nada’s daughter) came to the villa and did a cooking class with us. It was fantastic and one not to be missed! We made bruschetta, homemade pasta and sauce and a lemon tiramisu. We made pasta and bruschetta literally every night after as it was just so good. From the villa we travelled around in our hire cars and saw the delightful towns/villages such as San Giginano, Certaldo, Siena, Greve in Chianti, climbed up the hill to Montefioralle, Radda in Chianti, Volpaia and the local village of Barberino Val D’Elsa. I highly recommend you visit each as all close enough for a day out it combine a couple in a day. You will not be disappointed at Casa Di Nada. We loved it 😊

We had a truly amazing stay at Andrea’s home. We were welcomed by his parents with a home made cake, jam and wine from a local winery. When planning the trip with our parents and 12 month old, we wanted somewhere we could enjoy amenities of the home, but also be close enough to day trip to different locations in Tuscany. This was the perfect spot! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as day trips to Florence, Grosseto and Siena. Andrea provided amazing recommendations on local places to visit, as well as advising that taking the bus to Florence from Paganico. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and host for our extended family trip to Tuscany!

first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

We highly recommend staying here. The house is fantastic and the apartment in it allows you to feel the atmosphere of the town. We had a very nice time there. The terrace is definitely an asset of this place. Simona hosted us wonderfully, she was very nice and very helpful. The contact was always very smooth and pleasant, we felt very cared for. The backyard is a serene retreat, offering breathtaking views of Tuscany, with Lago di Montepulciano nestled in the distance, adding to the magic. Marta was an exceptional host, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. The location couldn’t be better—right along the main thoroughfare, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and charming shops, with the piazza just a short five-minute walk away. An unforgettable experience in a truly stunning home!

A Tuscan dream. Some days I had to pinch myself to understand that I was not in a movie. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time in the area and also in the house. It was clean and tidy. The kitchen was unique and we also enjoyed grilling outside. We simply enjoyed it and felt at home. Finally, relaxation and tranquility, which you rarely experience. Thank you for your trust in this wonderful piece of Tuscany. For all those seeking peace or people who really want to experience what Tuscan flair means, a must-see. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful 6 day stay in Siena. The apartment was very clean and is located in a fantastic location overlooking the Campo. Laura met us upon arrival and was very helpful during our stay. Our son became ill during the trip and Laura had a physician call us to discuss his condition/symptoms. She went above and beyond for a host. I would give her ten stars if I could. Highly recommend!

Jolanta and her home are a real discovery! The place is wonderful, immersed in the village of Cetona, with a breathtaking view. Jolanta is as attentive and caring as a real mom. Staying with Virginia and her family was a wonderful experience that I will carry in my heart. The accommodation is immersed in the beautiful Sienese countryside. The house is cared for in every detail, very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need to feel at home, with that rustic and authentic touch that makes the atmosphere truly special. Kind, helpful, and always ready to offer advice on places to visit, typical restaurants, and activities in the surrounding area. The silence and tranquility of the place allow you to relax completely, but at the same time the location is strategic for visiting Siena, the Val d'Orcia and many other enchanting villages of Tuscany. Highly recommended for those looking for an authentic stay, in contact with nature and true Tuscan hospitality.

Guilia, Donatella & Antonio were excellent to deal with responding very quickly to any questions. This is the cleanest air b & b I have ever stayed in and very well equipped (lots of coat hangers!!) The view from the patio at the rear of the property is so beautiful and peaceful. All we wanted to do was sit and enjoy the nature. Village centre only 5 minutes by car where there is several restaurants (best to make reservation) of varying price ranges. You can also walk into village. If you cross the main road at the bottom of the track to the air b & b you can walk on a track through the olive trees and come out in the village centre save walking on road). Small but excellent supermarket (closed on Sunday) 10 minute by car. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby. Enjoy your stay.

Casa di Laura is a dream. I shared the location with all my friends because coming here is a wonderful gift to give yourself. We left reluctantly, like when you leave a vacation home you've grown fond of. The surroundings are beautiful, as is the house, a quiet garden and cared for in every detail with the pool that changes the whole vacation. A dip before going down to Siena to visit (which is 15 minutes by car, not even) is one returning home before going down for dinner. Ideal for cooling off from the summer heat. It was really wonderful, and we'll be back! Thank you so much Laura for sharing with us restaurants for lunch, dinner and aperitif and for being so flexible with the schedule. We haven't even met, but after being at your house, it's like I know you. Thank you!

Apart from the fact that communication was a little disappointing (this can also be communicated through a translator), it was really the best accommodation. I want to give a perfect score to everything from the location to the host. Our honeymoon was perfect because of the fantastic scenery and the warm and considerate kind diva. It's too far, but if I get the chance, I definitely want to come back. We pay respect, gratitude, and tribute to Diva for giving us the best experience. You are the best, Diva!

Our stay was amazing! The house was beautiful and well equipped. The land around it looked like a painting. Vineyard and olive groves, hilly terrain. Just gorgeous. So many hill towns to visit from Sienna but we loved the days we puttered around the house and cooked even more. The wines made is were rich and delicious and our hosts were so friendly and just a total joy! We will definitely return!

We had a wonderful time in this absolutely cute house, which is surrounded by breathtaking nature. The tranquility is unique – you can only hear the chirping of the birds, and every now and then deer appear at the edge of the forest. Simply magical! The pool was well maintained and you had real peace. A real highlight for us was the kitchen: so lovingly decorated and exceptionally well equipped – we have never experienced this before! The gas stove and the high-quality oven made cooking a pleasure. Host Diego was incredibly friendly, attentive and warm. You immediately feel welcome and well cared for. A perfect retreat for those who appreciate nature, tranquility and loving details.
