A stunning agriturismo! The agriturismo is even more breathtaking in person than in the photos. The pool was a fantastic bonus during the summer, offering both sun and shade in the afternoons, perfect for relaxing with the kids. It’s an ideal base for exploring this beautiful region of Tuscany. Pietro and his family were exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. We truly enjoyed our stay!

I and 8 other friends stayed in this apartment from December 30, 2022 to January 2, 2023, to finally participate in the Santa Fiora Torchlight. Anna was very nice from the beginning, the apartment was very nice, provided with everything you need. The location is great, to go to Santa Fiora just a few minutes by car and the center of Arcidosso a few minutes walking. Right below the apartment, a very good bar where we had breakfast the morning of departure. Going back to the apartment, I have absolutely nothing to say. Also as far as the heating is concerned, despite being extra at the Airbnb price with the readings at check-in and check-out it was handled very well by us, the house warms up quickly and was really comfortable. I recommend it! :)

Heidi's apartment is situated in a larger complex on the outskirts of the village, just a short walk from the town center where you can find a church, a mini supermarket, bars, and a popular restaurant that is always fully booked. The village is ideally located in the heart of Chianti, making it a perfect starting point for exploring the region. You can drive along one of the scenic, winding roads to a wine tasting event, enjoy a bike ride through the picturesque countryside, or visit nearby cities like Siena or Florence (Firenze). One of the highlights of the apartment is the spacious swimming pool (1.35 m deep), which is perfect for cooling off during the hot summer days, especially if you have kids. The apartment itself is well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. Communication with Heidi is easy and friendly. She provides detailed information on the check-in and check-out procedures, as well as instructions for using various amenities in the complex. We enjoyed our stay!

She was a responsive and timely host. The place was clean and would be recommended.

One of our favourite Air BnBs we have stayed in ever. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. The apartment had stunning views over the lake, was clean, spacious and well equipped. Very secure with locks gates and stunning surroundings with full access to pool, park, bbq etc. I cannot recommend this place enough thank you!

What a lovely experience! This place has beautiful gardens and swimming pool, stylish and rustic apartment equipped with everything you need for enjoyable stay. Nicolo and his team were very professional and attentive hosts! We had a great time and would recommend to all.

Cristiana and Marcello are really two superhosts, very kind, always available and very quick to provide very valuable information. The house is perfect both for its location and for the accessories they have equipped it with. Nothing is missing and the feeling is really that you are in your own home. Great for traveling with children, even small ones, always thanks to the care and accuracy of the homeowners. Quiet area but at the same time very close to everything that can be useful on vacation (services and restaurants). Highly recommended.

It was a simply fantastic week, a beautiful place, an oasis to relax and have fun in nature, but the real added value is Paolo, who is always ready and available to give useful advice on what to see in the area and has a constant friendly eye for his guests

Very good stay. We were able to enjoy. It's spacious. Very nice. New and clean and the beds are comfortable. The proximity to the road is not bothersome. Not much time at night.

Featuring a large wooded garden, the house is very well located near Siena. The image we have of Tuscany with a landscape of pine trees and orange-colored brick houses can be found in this cottage. The house is very well decorated and spacious, full of charm. The garden is large so you can rest or contemplate your own at night. The hosts are very kind and caring, in short nothing to complain about except good😁

Paola was incredible as a host. She let us check in early and had everything ready for us. She was very responsive to our needs - for example, I asked for a bath tub for bathing our baby and she gave us one the next day! The outdoor gardens at the place are lovely, my 14 month old loved running around there. Overall the place was just fantastic!

Duddova is a small, very quiet place – ideal for those seeking relaxation and seclusion. We were allowed to spend 3 wonderful weeks in Emanuele's lovingly renovated house – and it was even more beautiful than the photos promise. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of space to feel good. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful garden and the fantastic view from the terrace as well as from the bedroom and bathroom. The view across the valley is simply priceless! Check-in and check-out were absolutely straightforward. The property is very private and designed with a lot of love for detail – a real oasis of tranquility. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings and attractions – a car is essential for this, however. Communication with Emanuele was always warm, quick and helpful. Great apartment, 10 min walk to downtown Arezzo. We used the house as a group (4 people) for 4 days, and we had a very good time. The spaces of the house are excellent, we had a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed and a single bed. We had everything we needed for the stay in the house. Marzia is a great host, she responds immediately and is very helpful. The only downside: we visited Arezzo in the winter, and unfortunately the house was a little cold despite the heaters on (nothing too problematic, however)

We really enjoyed our stay in the house of David! The interior inside the house is really lovely and well choosen :-) the house is perfectly for a couple who wants to enjoy the silents and nature, total privacy is a real fact here. Mega plus is the pool that is big enough for swimming. Super easy check-in/check-out.

We stayed at the window of the village for 2 nights on New Year's Eve 2023/24 in two families, cozy house with spaces well arranged and corresponding to the description and photos of the listing, Annamaria is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended

Amazing Villa! We enjoyed every minute for our 10 days vacation. Absolutely conveniently located in proximity of Arezzo which gives us quick access for hour or two drive to all cultural and artistic towns in Tuscany and Umbria. The villa is exactly as described and beautiful maintained. Chiara and Andrea exceed our expectations for hospitality. Highly recommend their house.
