Vacation rentals with a balcony in Province of Siena

We were 4 couples and we stayed at this property for 4 days on New Year's Eve. The spaces of the house are very spacious, the area is quiet and easily accessible with numerous parking lots right in front of the entrance. Francesca was very helpful and friendly from the beginning. We are fully satisfied with this stay.

Beautiful property and very well maintained. Great views from property and from the lovely swimming pool. Very quiet location but close enough to local villages/shops and restaurants etc to be convenient. A great place to stay.

Gabriele was a great host! Always responsive and helpful and making pizza on the last night was a very special treat.

We had a great time. We only stayed 3 nights, but I would really like to stay there longer. Beautiful location, wonderful garden surrounded by olive trees, excellent swimming pool and also rustic and pleasant interiors in which to stay. Only one small flaw, the Wi-Fi not working. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

We loved every second here, it’s a paradise for especially adults to enjoy the beautiful tuscany nature and views. It’s so peaceful and guiet, nearest village and grocery store is 15minute drive away. The hosts were absolutely amazing, so friendly and kindhearted people. They do their work with such a passion and heart. We had a also a chance for wine tasting, which was also really nice. All in all, we had a lovely stay and would love to come back someday! The place sits at the top of a small hill and part of a farmhouse/Castle complex. The view is gorgeous everything is full of flowers and animals, there is a gang of cats and lots of places outside to sit under a tree, have barbecue and drink coffee. The rooms are big and unique, there will be some insects on site but that’s normal for the countryside and not the fault of the host. I would very much recommend the place to everybody. Unfortunately, the communication with the German (!) corporation that manages the listing left a lot to be desired. Communication was slow and sometimes factually wrong, every response was very copy paste and mentioned our lovely host only as “ the keyholder”. Fortunately the place has a website which I have very much recommend you go to as it answers most questions. Additionally, the people on site are not only nice but also competent. I suggest the owners ditch inter home and let the people who actually live in the are handle this part of the job.

Borgo Melograno is very beautiful place surrounded by breathtaking views. Maria and Paul keep their rooms very clean and beautiful. They are very communicative and friendly hosts. I am looking forward to visit them again in the future.

Pictures don’t do this place justice. Much larger in person. Wish the beds were more comfortable, but overall a very nice place. Would return !

We were a group of friends and we had a wonderful stay in Puggio Cuccule. The house is very well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very nice! The only complaint we have was the noise from the nearby motorcross trail that stopped only in the evening hours. It could be because there was some kind of a competition.

The house was amazing, especially the area and the views. Sitting outside and using the pool in this beautiful surrounding were absolutely fantastic. It's a very wie and lovely place with a very nice pizza oven and barbecue outside. The owner are very nice and the communication was really good. We would really like to come back. Thank you for everything and also for the nice olive oil!

Beautiful villa surrounded by vineyards and countryside. The nearby village of Panzano is so picturesque with lovely restaurants. I can also recommend visiting other Chianti towns and especially the market on a Saturday in Greve. The hosts Filippo and his father Carlo couldn't do enough for us and the communication was superb. The villa is so spacious and makes you feel right at home with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a garden with a pool that's just the icing on the cake. It was very warm during our visit and the fans provided were very welcomed. Every room is also equipped with mosquito nets on the windows. We made use of the large BBQ a few nights and also had a lovely wine tasting one evening which I can highly recommend. We were very sad to leave Villa Reggine and hope to return one day. Grazie!

Luigi and Laura were the perfect host. The vegetables from Laura's family were very welcome. We also loved the dinner they cooked for us. We felt like part of the family. The villa was absolutely amazing. Stunning location, the pool was out of this world. We loved it so much we have already booked for next year!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is perfect for larger groups or families – everyone having their own bathroom was a real plus. It was very clean and well maintained, and the pool area was lovely and well cared for. The kitchen is well equipped, and the property overall offers plenty of space to relax. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful – we spotted fireflies at night, heard owls, and even saw a porcupine! A true nature experience. We received great tips from the host’s father. Carlo and Giovanna were always very kind and helpful. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. The house is a great base for exploring the area, though you do need a car to reach most shops – the little store in Pari is charming but quite small. The road to the house is a bit bumpy, but manageable. All in all, a great place to unwind and enjoy time with family and friends. Thank you for everything!

Very tasteful and practical apartment. A large and a small bathroom available, very clever for several people. Beautiful terrace with plenty of seating and a large table. Located close to the center, no car is needed for errands. Good starting point for many excursions in the area.

Joy (the owner) is a joy! She is one of the best hosts we’ve had on this platform. Flexible checking, due to delayed flight. Rooms were bigger than anticipated and beautiful. Lovely rustic Tuscan charm of a property. Plenary of recommendations at the property for local restaurants and activities. Can’t recommend this property enough!
