Waterfront vacation rentals in Province of Lucca

Casa perfetta in una citta bellissima. Facile accesso a Pisa Firenze Viareggio Cinque Terre. Comunicazione facile. I miei ragazzi sono rimasti molto contenti. A/C da pagare a parte al giorno. Signora Carolina gentilissima. I ragazzi sono stati benissimo e tornati felicissimi.

Per prima cosa una posizione fantastica, l’appartamento praticamente in spiaggia, svegliarsi e guardare il mare è stato bellissimo. Poi la posizione per raggiungere le mete che ci eravamo prefissati è stata perfetta. L’appartamento molto carino, pulito e Sarà sempre pronta per qualsiasi cosa occorresse.

Een modern, ruim en schoon appartement op loopafstand van het station, winkels, restaurants en de zee. Prima bedden en een ruime badkamer. Alles is nieuw en fris, heerlijk! Het appartement was erg comfortabel en had een fijne sfeer. Leuke tips van Martina ontvangen als het gaat om restaurants. Er zitten echt prima restaurants in Viareggio! Wij waren heel enthousiast over Amaro en Pivot. Met de trein hebben we Florence en Cinque Terre bezocht. Al met al hebben we geweldige dagen gehad met deze top Airbnb als de ideale verblijfplaats. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem abgetrennten Bereich, dadurch ist es sehr ruhig und angenehm. Privater Zugang zum Strand auch top. Die Wohnung selbst ist gemütlich, wenn auch nicht allzu groß. Für unseren Urlaub von 5 Nächten mit Kleinkind allerdings ausreichend. Nur auf die Stechmücken sollte man beim Aussteigen auf dem privaten Parkplatz vorbereitet sein. In der Wohnung sind dann Fliegennetze an den Fenstern und auch Mückenspray/-stecker vorhanden, dadurch war das kein Problem. Natalia ist eine super Gastgeberin, antwortet immer schnell und hilft bei Problemen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

L’appartamento era delizioso, molto spazioso e curato, ristrutturato da pochi anni. In generale tutto il mobilio era molto funzionale. Era veramente come stare a casa, con tutte le comodità che servono (ancor di più quando si viaggia con una bimba di 2 anni). Il parcheggio interno privato é la ciliegina sulla torta, in una zona dove trovare parcheggio é spesso difficile. Sophia é stata gentilissima, sia in fase di check in sia durante il soggiorno. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Это было одно из лучший проживаний! Милый, красивый домик со всеми удобствами и инструкциями. Хозяева очень дружелюбные люди, всегда помогу и подскажут, они заботятся о комфорте для заселяющихся,даже лучше, чем в дорогом отеле! Это был восторг, место в 7 минутах от моря, можно встречать красивые закаты. Очень ухоженная территория, абрикосовое дерево и вокруг красота! Я с нетерпением жду встречи снова, я не хотела уезжать, мне было очень комфортно!

Grazioso appartamento sul lungomare con accesso alla spiaggia e piscina. La casa ben pulita e ordinata e il personale davvero gentile, abbiamo trovato anche un ottimo supporto dal personale del bagno. Tutto perfetto, consigliato

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa très bien agencée, propre et arborée. L'endroit est parfait et notre intimité a été respecté.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Tutto benissimo! Filippo molto gentile e disponibile Un po’ complesso per chi arriva in macchina in quanto la casa è dentro zona ZTL ma avere tutto a 5 minuti a piedi ne vale sicuramente la pena! Consiglio!

l appartamento ha un'ottima posizione, a prossimità della spiaggia, della passeggiata di Viareggio, del centro...il tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Vicino all'appartamento, c è una farmacia, un' ottima pasticceria, un supermercato,...Appartamento ben fornito e comodo. host e co host gentili e disponibili. Ho trovato facilmente un parcheggio e in fine soggiorno proprio davanti a casa...

We had a great stay at Marialauras place, close to the beach and central infrastructure of Viareggio. The apartment is calm and chill because of its height, so it was never too hot inside. There are tons of bagnos (bathing establishments) around, but you can also go to the public beach of Camalore, which is just 7-10 minutes to walk, if you go to the right alone the beach. We love Toscana and will definitely come again.

Maria molto gentile e disponibile l’appartamento è piccolino ma bello la zona è vicino a darsena e pochi passi da spiaggia.

Everything about the apartment was great except that it is a little far from the beach. Maria was very nice however and we really enjoyed our stay :)

Os anfitriões são muito simpáticos e prestativos, nos receberam muito bem, o apartamento é confortável, bem decorado, limpo, bem equipado com tudo que uma família precisa para passar ótimas férias a beira mar. A localização é perfeita, próximo ao mar, ao comércio que se pode ir a pé, ao calçadão de Viareggio, que é muito agradável para caminhar a qualquer hora, estacionamento para o carro é abundante, a proximidade de pontos turísticos de toda a Toscana (Florença, Pisa, etc..) e de Cinque Terre foi fundamental para nossas férias. Com certeza recomendo este anfitrião e este apartamento para estadia de férias.

Sehr schöne, gut gelegene Wohnung mit Terasse. Perfekt für Strandtsge in Viareggio und um die Abende zu genießen.

L’appartamento era molto accogliente e pulito. C’era tutto il necessario. La vicinanza alla spiaggia è sicuramente un punto di forza, insieme alla vista del mare dal balcone. È davvero a due passi dal mare. Nelle vicinanze c’era tutto il necessario: ristoranti, supermercati, farmacie, tabaccheria, ecc. Andrea è una personale molto gentile, disponibile e sopratutto flessibile. Ci ha permesso non solo di fare il check in prima del tempo previsto ma il check out più tardi che ci ha permesso di fare il tutto con calma. Esperienza ottima che sicuramente ripeteremo.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It is located in a private, secure complex surrounded by greenery and trees, in a very quiet and peaceful area. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the beach, where you can choose between free beaches or private ones for a fee. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, all within walking distance, and whichever way you go, you’re surrounded by trees, flowers, and beautiful scenery. Parking inside the complex was easy — we have found a spot without any problems. Access to the complex is secure, with a magnetic card provided by the owner. The apartment itself is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The host was kind, helpful, and always quick to reply to our messages with useful information. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back!
