Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Lucca

Simona is very friendly and helpful, she provided us with useful information for eating and getting around the area; the bicycles made available are very useful. Small but very clean apartment, large bathroom with hygiene essentials, comfortable double bed and bedroom with well soundproofed fixtures; convenient parking in the internal courtyard and easy to get to both the renowned central area of Viareggio and the equipped or free beaches (very beautiful and wild those further south). Great base for visiting the area.

First of all, a fantastic location, the apartment practically on the beach, waking up and looking at the sea was beautiful. Then the location to reach the destinations we had set up was perfect. The apartment is very nice, clean and will always be ready for anything you need.

The apartment is spacious, well furnished, clean and equipped with everything you need. Marsela was very kind and very helpful. Parking is easy in the surrounding area and the port is a 10-minute walk away. We are very satisfied and should we return to Viareggio we would gladly return to Marsela

Located in a separate area, making it very quiet and pleasant. Private beach access is also great. The apartment itself is cozy, though not too big. However, sufficient for our 5-night vacation with a toddler. You should only be prepared for the mosquitoes when getting out in the private parking lot. In the apartment, there are fly nets on the windows and also mosquito spray/plugs, so that was not a problem. Natalia is a super host, always responds quickly and helps with problems. We would definitely recommend the place!

Elena is an attentive and helpful host. The house is well furnished, with attention to detail and everything you need. Great location for walking. I recommend it for both the host and the place to stay!

The apartment was clean, cozy and in a very convenient location! The Viareggio promenade was just a few steps away, the bar downstairs was perfect for breakfast and aperitifs, and less than a ten-minute walk away there was a supermarket and countless services. Laura was immediately kind and helpful, we organized ourselves easily and quickly for check-in and she gave me great advice on how to get around the area.

We haven't had such a beautiful house in a long time! Alessandra is a perfect host, always available, very friendly and accommodating. The house is well equipped, even shower accessories are provided. We felt at home and will definitely come back. An additional plus is the proximity to the beach - in less than ten minutes you are there. It doesn't get any better than that! Thank you, Alessandra!

We had a wonderful time with two families in the mill. It was a real adventure to be allowed to stay here. We baked delicious pizzas in the wood oven and swam in the river every day. The children loved jumping from the rocks into the water. Leticia was a great host who solved any problems we had flawlessly. We really hope to return to such a great place and host.

Roberto and his family were wonderful and generous. They helped us out a lot. And went above and beyond normal host responsibilities. We had a great time! loved the place. Beautiful view. Will definitely return!

Sibilla and Claudio, who speaks good English, welcomed us very nicely and took time to explain everything. Upon departure, they even got up extra early to say goodbye. The house is practically new, everything in the best condition and very clean. There was everything we needed, and the charging of our electric car worked. We felt very comfortable and like to come back!

We had a wonderful time staying here. Paola was very easy and quick to communicate with. As Americans be prepared if you are heat intolerant, there is AC but it never really got cool in the unit. It is a walk up so it’s a bit choppy and might be tough if you have a lot of luggage. The location is very convenient. Walkable to the promenade and many cute shops. I do wish there had been some more light in the unit but overall it was a very nice stay.

Francesca and Fabio give you a warm welcome upon arrival. Villa Jenny is within walking distance of the train station, beach, supermarket, bakery, ice cream parlor, bike rental and nice restaurants. The house is cozily furnished and offers everything you need. The roof terrace is great for having a private breakfast or reading a book. There's a washing machine & dryer available. So you don't need to bring a lot of clothes. There is plenty of linen available. In short: a fantastic place to discover beautiful Tuscany (by train).

The hosts are very friendly and helpful, they have welcomed us very well, the apartment is comfortable, well decorated, clean, well equipped with everything a family needs to spend great holidays by the sea. The location is perfect, close to the sea, to the trade that you can go on foot, the Viareggio boardwalk, which is very pleasant to walk at any time, car parking is abundant, the proximity of sights throughout Tuscany (Florence, Pisa, etc.) and Cinque Terre was fundamental to our holidays. I definitely recommend this host and this apartment for stay on holiday.

Elena is an excellent host. She was flexible with our arrival time and met us at the apartment. She made sure we were comfortable in the apartment and neighborhood. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and close to the beach and promenade. The experience exceeded our expectations. We would gladly return.

We had great week at Gabriele's place. the apartment is compact but has everything we needed: a well equipped kitchen with good quality and clean utensils, a spacious shower, a wide bed, lots of storage space, and great big windows that let in daylight and a nice breeze. Gabriele was kind to also offer a high chair and a cot for our baby. The building is in a fantastic location, walking distance between the park and the beach, with plenty of supermarkets, cafés and restaurants around. It also has an elevator which was handy with our luggage and stroller! The flat was clean and Gabriele was a responsive host. It was a very pleasant stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

We had an amazing stay at Graziano’s apartment. It was spacious, full of light and very clean. We were received by his son Paolo who was very courteous and polite. we would definitely come back to stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone..
