Beautiful stay with an amazing view!

I recommend this apartment loft! It has beautiful views of Lake Como from the small village of Perledo which is in the mountains above Varenna. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with lots of amenities. We used the spa and heated pool which was nice. Signing up for a time slot wasn’t a problem as there was lots of availability. I recommend renting a car to drive around unless you wait for the bus and ferry schedules. There isn’t anything within walking distance so have a means of transportation to get to Varenna (10 minutes down the mountain). We had the best time and Andrea was very helpful and informative. If we had any questions we got a quick response. 10/10 recommend!!

I chose Lara's place for a return with friends, I fell in love with the property already from the photos, but live it's even better! It was a dream weekend, the house offers everything, we had such a good time that we didn't feel the need to move from home. In addition, we were lucky, in the middle of January, to have all sunny days, which made the view of the lake and the mountains spectacular! I would go back today, I only have great memories.

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation which perfectly matched the description. The charming asset: the spa and jacuzzi with stunning views of the lake. 😍 A big thank you to co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in exchanges before, during and after our stay. beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

This villa was a gem and was perfectly sized, even for a large group (7 of us). It was clean and well equipped with a good kitchen, comfortable furniture, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, modern tv with lots of DVDs to choose from and a hi-fi unit for music. The garden was also lovely. We made good use of the sheltered table and chairs, and the deck chairs and table tennis for when the weather was sunny. The location was fantastic, offering panoramic views of Lecco and the mountains. It is well connected to Lecco despite being further up the hills through the number 4 and 1 buses Lecco is a wonderful small city, it has plenty of places to eat and shop with great connections to Milan and other nearby locations. Elena was a lovely host, leaving some gifts for us when we entered and offering advice on what to do around Lecco and nearby locations. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone wanting to experience Lecco and Lake Como.

We only stayed for one night with our dog but it was perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer. Very beautiful appartment and garden with swimming pool. Friendly hosts with really nice breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

Ivana was so wonderful. She met us at the train station and provided us with a ride at the beginning and end of our journey. She explained everything perfectly and made us feel welcomed and at home. It felt like we were with family. The cottage is beautiful and supplied with everything you could possibly need and more. The town is very beautiful and very close to the sights and Varenna while still having a peaceful non touristy atmosphere. We were only here for 2 nights but we would love to come back for a longer stay. If you are looking for somewhere quiet and pretty to stay, we recommend 100%.

Maria was very welcoming during our stay. It was such a beautiful location with an amazing view, we chose to cook at home and eat on the balcony and it was perfect.

Our second trip here (last summer was the first) and still amazing. A great place away from the tourist towns of Varenna and Bellagio...amazing view and mostly locals in the town of Perledo. The view alone is worth this AIRBNB a five star. Good size apartment with everything you need from the fluffy towels to the well equipped kitchen. Buses were really easy to navigate. Giancarlo and Andrea were great co-hosts reaching out often to make sure we had the best possible stay.

Roberta’s home is AMAZING! It’s spacious, in a great location, and has the best view especially for sunset. We loved being right at the edge of city center and a quieter space to relax while being no more than 10 min walk to the furthest restaurant. Don’t forget to look at Roberta’s beautiful paintings around the house and stop at her shop down the road! We’ll certainly stay here again.

It was fantastic to stay right on the lake with a private patio. We cooked dinner one night and walked to a restaurant the other night of our stay. Beautiful views. Swans visited the water below the patio. I enjoyed the layout with high ceiling and bed on the second floor. The air conditioning worked well - which was great after the journey to the lake on a hot day. We also made pasta in Lierna - with Annamaria, and went swimming in the lake. Great experience staying in Bellano.

The stay was great. From the accommodation, the view of the lake is fantastic and the pool location is very neat.

We (family with two small children) had a wonderful stay in Andrea's small house. The house itself is very simply furnished, but offers everything you need for a vacation. The location itself is a gift - idyllic, quiet, a few meters from a natural beach; and there is the possibility to reach some restaurants on foot. Communication with Andrea was very prompt and straightforward - everything was accurately described and easy to find. We are already looking forward to another vacation in Andreas Chalet! Glenda was one of the best hosts we had in Italy. She was so kind, responsive, great restaurant reservations and even changes we had to make. We loved her outside decks it was so peaceful and beautiful. We would go back again. I call her my friend if she comes tomorrow visit us in California. Love her. Our family (2+2) had the pleasure of staying with Marco at Villa Lucina for a week. The accommodation was really nice, cozy and well-equipped. A lot of effort has been put into the interior. The area was quiet and easy to get around. Marco was super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless, the view was breathtaking, and somehow, everything was even better than the photos. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was our host, Christian. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond carrying our bags, getting us reservations at the best restaurants, and even arranging transportation. One of the restaurants even surprised me with a birthday candle! Christian had clearly gone the extra mile to make it special. Every detail was thoughtful, every need anticipated. Between the service, the location, and the care we were shown, this stay exceeded every expectation. Absolutely worth it.

The apartment was super nice, the highlight is the open living/dining room with the spacious balcony and the great view of the lake. It is impossible to describe how great it was to have breakfast on the balcony and start the day and/or end the day with this view. Everything was taken care of. I'd come back any time!!!

Clear recommendation 😍 Communication was great and quick response. The view from the balcony is really like a picture book. We were always alone at the pool and from there you also have a great panoramic view. Parasol etc. everything was available. Check-in well described and easy. Apartment looks like the pictures (couch is a little small for two but matches the photos). Location also perfect, the ferry docks at the port in Gravedona and you can get from A to B easily. The city is within walking distance and very authentic compared to other places on Lake Como, which are only overrun by tourists.

We’ve had a fantastic stay at this apartment!. The view was phenomenal!!!. The apartment itself was perfect for our group, plenty of space and 3 balconies where we could admire the views of the lake. The apartment is in such a perfect position and location. It is definitely THE BEST view of the lake. We did have a car and found this useful but it’s only a 20-25 min walk (uphill) and in my opinion it wasn’t too bad. Varenna was lovely, the scenery absolutely stunning and it’s been an amazing trip!. The hosts were great and had great communication. Thanks again for a great stay! We would recommend!

Very nice stay with a beautiful view. The host was helpful and welcoming. I especially recommend the apartment with the garden – it’s a lovely place to relax.

We stayed with Samuele in Galbiate for almost 10 days and found exactly what we were looking for: peace, nature and relaxation. The location is ideal for walks in the nearby forest. The welcome by Samuele was warm, he showed us everything in peace and gave great tips. The farewell by his mother was also very kind. The fenced garden was perfect for our dog, the pool a treat on warm days and the fireplace wonderfully cozy in the evening. The view is fantastic and the crickets crickets create a special evening atmosphere. Our tip: shop before in a supermarket, then you can enjoy the days undisturbed. Absolutely recommended! Thanks Samuele, we'd love to come back.
