Vacation rentals with a sauna in Province of Lecce

Lorenzo's place is incredible. The pictures are exactly how the apartment is and is part of a larger property that has a beautiful courtyard, pool, rooftop lounge, and a separate laundry area. Lecce is only 10 minutes away with amazing beaches on both the Adriatic and Gulf of Taranto only about 30 minutes away. We used this place as a base to visit the wonderful cities and beaches around. His space is very beautiful, but we must preface this to say that at the time of our visit the airconditioner wasn't working in either bedroom. I would highly recommend reaching out to make sure they are fixed before reserving, if you are used to having AC. Otherwise, you will need to open the windows and it is not only quite warm, but the street can be noisy. If the AC was fixed, you could close the windows and I'm sure the noise would disappear. Overall, we were very happy with his place.

The place we booked was not the apartment we ended up in. The host contacted us a few days before and asked us to change to a different apartment. The first one offered wasn't appropriate for small children and didn't have enough beds so they offered a very large and beautiful apartment. It was even more beautiful than our original booking. The place was an oasis, absolutely beautiful. We loved it. Our only issues were the initial worry about changing apartments as we were worried we would be without one but that was fine in the end and actually worked out better. The fact we were given the wrong address, so we drove around for half an hour waiting for a response with the correct location. And because the host changed our apartment, there was a differing check out time, so they expected us to leave 2 hours prior to what was on airbnb and hadn't informed us until the morning. Again, this ended up fine because we just got ready to leave whilst the cleaner was cleaning.

A great stay in this peaceful retreat with charming and always available hosts. The location is perfect (provide a car to move around Les Puglia) in a very nice and beautiful typical little village near Lecce. Special mention for the pool and local breakfast: succulent! We will come back without hesitating to this splendid room with private terrace. Everything is there to enjoy Italy.

Couldn’t fault this place even if I tried. We loved everything about our stay here from the swimming pool to the most comfortable bed. Lorenzo and his wife are great hosts and they have built a beautiful sanctuary in Salento. It was also a perfect place to stay with a toddler and they provided both a cot and the nicest looking high chair we’ve come across during our travels. We’ll definitely come back here again!

We had an incredibly relaxing 5 nights stay here, and absolutely loved it. After 3 months of travelling, this was the perfect place to end. Lorenzo and Lilia were wonderful hosts, and made us feel very welcome. The place feels like an oasis, as it was so beautiful and tranquil. We spent most of our time in the garden, which has a lovely pool with waterfall. It was very quiet, so the perfect spot to unwind. Our apartment was gorgeous, with a beautifully painted ceiling and unique furniture. We would recommend this place to everyone, and would love to return

We had a lovely basket on this Masseria. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and also around the house is a lot of nice space: beautifully maintained garden, sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi to use at any time. Tennis court/basketball next to the house. And with other residents on the property who also stayed there for a longer period of time, it was a pleasant mini community with lots of coziness. The place is also a good starting point for excursions. Lecce very close, both coasts (east and west) easily accessible. With available bicycles, great excursions by bike. Elena and Luca are wonderful hosts. Almost everything can be arranged. In short: recommended, especially for those who just want to "be" in the beautiful south of Italy for a month.

From arrival to departure, communication with Massimo and Tommaso was quick and super. They were very flexible and any questions we had were answered quickly. The house itself was as described and very neat and very spacious. During our stay, the WiFi was defective, no fault of the host, which was very annoying for our teenagers, but Massimo did everything to get this arranged anyway. Beautiful swimming pool, lovely bathrooms and otherwise very neat. Stay is just biuten Casarano and within 5 minutes (car) you are at a large supermarket or one of the nice restaurants in the town. Furthermore you reach Lecce, sea, Gallipoli all within 30-45 minutes. Furthermore, a tip to stop by the traditional bakery of Massimo to buy delicious sandwiches! I would recommend this stay to anyone who wants to go to Puglia on vacation.

Wonderful stay. A real treat in the Salento hinterland. First mention due to William, our host who at check-in explained a little bit of the history of Salento, its points of interest and an itinerary to do on the Adriatic coast (which we then did the next day, a wonder: I recommend it to everyone). His welcome was very warm, as if he had just welcomed friends into his home. As for the accommodation: trust the cover photos, what you see is what you find once you arrive: they are very spacious, comfortable beds, everything impeccably clean. Then what about the in-ground pool: it's like having a private spa. Finally, the location is optimal: Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca 25 minutes by car, Otranto 45 minutes and not even 15 minutes to the beaches of the Ionian coast.
