We had an amazing time in Giovanni's apartment thanks to the great location and the equipment of the apartment. The flat is well thought through and has everything needed for a short term stay! The communication with Giovanni was excellent. We can highly recommend!

Silvano and Maria were super friendly, accommodating, very helpful and open-minded. I received very good tips and Silvano responded very quickly to questions. I felt extremely comfortable and at home and would love to come back again.

Laura was a very helpful and friendly host. She proactively shared local suggestions and a very organised system with city maps. Also, the place was very clean, everyday the cleaning lady took care of the room (she was also very kind and polite). The place had a beautiful living room, very classy and amazing to the ones that love architecture. Very well located as well. The only improvements could be the door of the window which we have some difficulties to close (but it is a minor improvement), the rest was perfect and Laura was always very reachable and also let us to keep the luggage’s after the check out to have a last walk by the city before living to our flight.

Superlative hospitality from Gianluca and his whole beautiful family. Mom will delight you with her freshly baked cakes, with excellent chips of fruit with a thousand flavors, dad will be able to entertain you with tasty tips for the various places to visit. Gianluca will finally be baked in dozens of Whatsapp, pointing you to the place for your every taste. A pleasant stay that, unfortunately...flew away!!!! Thank you for everything Gianluca & family. Very friendly host and great stay

The palazzo is really exceptional, nicely renovated and feel really homely. Quiet and well located, you need a car and not be afraid of small street. Really recommend this amazing place.

Located 10 min away from Otranto which is wonderful to visit at night. Amazing pool with jaccuzi inside the pool. The outside area is beautifully built with nice sunbeds to relax during the day, and outside tables to enjoy your meals near the pool. Two Bicycles are at guests’ disposal for free and allowed us to have a great ride in the nearby countryside. Rooms are very well maintained, clean and modern. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool, equipped with a stand to dry clothes. AC works perfectly. Fridge and tv available inside the room. We could suggest to add shutters at windows to enjoy longer nights as the sun rises quite early in summer. The place looks even better than on pictures available on Airbnb. The place is quiet during the day and night. We felt very comfortable, just like at home. Breakfast was beautifully set up and is composed mainly of sweet italian pastries, fresh fruits, jam, nutella, honey. Gluten free pastries are also available. luciana was very nice and suggested a few places to visit. All in all, it was a perfect stay!

The staff were excellent the breakfast was lovely very well laid out with alot of variety. Family friendly the pool was spotless. The rooms were lovely with nice bathroom and toiletries. If buying drinks at the pool bar pay cash don't put it on your room to avoid any confusion with the bar tender!

I’ve had a great stay at the Urban Oasis! Great location with an amazing garden. The room is very spacious and tidy with a private bathroom. Everything you need. Also very nice to have access to a shared kitchen, and to be able to have some social contact with the other people in the hostel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommend!
