Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Province of Gorizia

We were hosted very well and very warmly by Elena and Giuseppe. The accommodation is very functional, clean, pleasantly decorated. The garden, which you can enjoy, is a beautiful resting space, pleasant to the eyes. Note that the vehicle can be easily parked. This accommodation is well located, and allows you to visit very easily, by car or public transport, very interesting cities nearby. Very good stay, we'll be happy to come back.

Beautiful little house with everything we needed for our relatively large family, in an interesting area of the harbor. A few minutes walk to one side or the other are nice public beaches accessible to dogs. We didn't meet Letizia in person, but our questions and wishes were always super quick and willing to answer and fulfill. Hope we come back here.

Lia’s place is thoughtfully organized, comfortable, wonderfully decorated with antiques, spacious, and cozy. The location is convenient and easily accessible, and there are so many thoughtful amenities that it’s like having a home away from home. We loved our stay and will definitely come back.

Great place, great location, great hosts.

The apartment was fabulous, newly reburbished meant it was extremely clean and tidy. The pictures dont do it justice as the rooms are much bigger, we were 4 Adults and were more than comfortable with the space. I was sceptical about the The airconditioner, as there is only one, but it worked so well it cooled the whole apartment (we needed it at 34 deg!). The private parking is right outside the door. The neighborhood is quiet and is away from the main road. A huge supermarket (Coop) is 500m away and nice restaurants close by. Grado is a 15 minute drive away and Trieste 30 minutes meaning its pretty central. I was very happy with the stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Davide answered us very quickly and was very helpful. Well done! Trish

Host was super nice and helpful. The place was absolutely spotless down to every corner of the house, not a corn of dust in sight. Also it’s nice that the kitchen has all essentials already available so it was a very functional kitchen as well.

We were highly satisfied with our stay at Giuliano's home. Extremely functional accommodation, spacious and comfortable, with kitchen and large living room, immediate access to the ground floor directly from the parking lot, large double bedroom and bedroom with two beds, both equipped with dresser and two-door wardrobe and drawers, practically in the center and close to all places of archaeological interest. The large and functional bathroom with large shower. Base point for excursions to Grado (reachable by motorboat, bus - very frequent trips - or car), Palmanova. To visit Grado, the Sanctuary of Barbana, the lagoon of Marano and the Cavatana. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, equipped with a fire extinguisher and monoxide detector. From the house and courtyard you can see the ruins of the Roman house and the bell tower of the basilica. Recommended for shopping is the MAXI supermarket. Giuliano was very friendly and responsive.

The place and the service fully met our expectations. The location is an excellent starting point for many day trips in all directions. We stayed 10 nights and really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect apartment for 3/4 people, we used it as a base to tour the entire Italian and Slovenian Collio area. Comfortable beds and quiet rooms, we had a great time.

Giacomo was very kind and quick to respond, helpful. The apartment is conveniently located in the center and in a very quiet area. Great for families, even with a 4-legged friend.

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Vasco, but we got to spend time with Giacomo, who is very helpful, friendly and informative. Giacomo provided a quick (and, for us, better!) solution when we found the washing machine was not working as expected. We had been traveling a couple of weeks and so his help was very important! The house is ideal if occupied by the same family so that the grand, historic ground floor and rooftop terrace can be fully enjoyed. We rented just one apartment but there were no other guests; so we had use of the entire common space ourselves. Walking to restaurants and cafes in Cormons is about 15 minutes along via Colombicchio and via San Giovanni —this route offers views of the hills, as opposed to a quicker route through uninspiring residential streets. The location just on the edge of town is convenient for making day trips by car. The location is not rural, but there are fine views over green hills from the apartment.

Everything is perfect.. comfortable area in the center but at the same time quiet.. Very well cared for in the details... brand new bathroom! Perfect towels! The lady is kind and helpful! I recommend it!!

Accommodation in the city center, a great location for visiting the city on foot. Owner available, kind and attentive to guests' every need. We also found toys for our child, in addition to the stroller, which is very useful for getting around the city. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants to visit Gorizia and its surroundings!

The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is very large and well furnished! Impeccable cleanliness! It is in a perfect location to visit Grado, Aquileia, Trieste, Gorizia, and other important destinations 30/40 min max from Gradisca. Umberto, the owner, was always present and available to advise on the area and itineraries and always responded very quickly to our requests. We will definitely return to continue exploring this land that has really won us over!

We had an amazing time at Maja’s place! Everything was just as described and on the pictures. The flat is decorated with so much love and still there is enough space for unpacking and storing your stuff. The campiello, where the apartment is located is just so beautiful and the location is perfect. Maja is extremely kind and taking care of everything one could need. The apartment is super clean and the beds are nice to get a good rest. I highly recommend this place and hope to come back soon.
