Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Gorizia

We were warmly greeted by Allessandra, Carlotta's sister-in-law, and she was always there for us. The property is located in a beautiful villa with a lush green facade. It is a five-minute walk from the sea and 10 minutes from the old town. Some shopping is nearby. For the beach in Grado you basically have to pay, unless you don't want an umbrella and beach lounger, so also on the west beach, where there are public beaches between the beaches to be paid. The water in the west becomes deep faster. In the east, you can go very far into the sea and it is still knee-deep, ideal for kitesurfing. In the east towards Grado Pineta, there is also a free beach. Grado is a beautiful and lively town with many faces: the lagoon and old harbor, the old town with beautiful old houses, the promenade with a wonderful view of the open sea. It was beautiful and we'll be back for sure.

We were received in a very friendly manner. We were provided with very good bicycles, so you could quickly and comfortably get into the city. When the coffee machine did not work, we were immediately given a new machine and coffee. The terrace is especially beautiful because you have a lot of evening sun, we really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, we will be happy to come back!

Caterina personally welcomed us and provided us with tips and was always easily accessible during our stay. Your apartment is spacious, well laid out and ideally located. Numerous restaurants, grocery stores and a large Despar are easily accessible. The apartment has been recently renovated and newly furnished. You can tell from many details that it is used as a private family apartment: washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board and iron may be used. In the kitchen, there is really everything you need in terms of appliances, dishes and basic equipment. The apartment was exceptionally clean. 2 small disadvantages: If the air conditioning and dishwasher ran at the same time, the circuit breaker tripped several times. The neighbors upstairs were often quite noisy even during the night. In summary, the apartment is ideally suited for a family of up to six people. We'll be back for sure!

We felt very comfortable. The location is super-almost directly on the sea. With air conditioning and a fly screen on the lower floor, it was good to bear - end of September. Good starting point to explore Grado or also to make further excursions to Trieste, but also Croatia. Only the non-functioning TV could have been a problem if the weather had been bad. Then it's better not to specify a TV. Otherwise, we'd love to come back.

Nice apartment with sunny balcony for breakfast. Unfortunately, we had rainy weather more often - the well-functioning heating was very pleasant. Well located - close to the beach, spa, spar and weekly market (Saturday)... Short walk across the beach promenade into the old town. Marco is a very nice host who always responded quickly and kindly. Thanks, we felt very comfortable :))

We can't wait for the next visit. Everything is great: We like the location in Pineta, the north-facing balcony is worth gold on very hot days - there are pleasant hours of sunshine in the morning and in the evening. The apartment is newly renovated and it has everything and more, which allows you an uncomplicated stay. If I had any questions, I always reached someone, everything could be solved easily in minutes. Thank you for making our stay with my dog so uncomplicated and pleasant. And for the tips! Check-in was a breeze! The host, Elaine, provided clear instructions, making it easy to find and access the property. The place was spotless and incredibly clean, just as described. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall ambiance was cozy and welcoming. The property had the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. The neighborhood's felt safe and pleasant. Elaine was very friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything matched the listing perfectly. Highly recommend staying here.

Great house and location. Spacious and with garden in a very nice city and very homey and calm, a place to feel at home, close to the sea. Really enjoyed our presence. Would come back. Paola extremely helpful - in fact made our arrival possible at short notice. Ps really loved the paintings in the house.

It's like arriving at a friend's place. Cozy, everything well prepared, generous. With friends, you would only complain on request that some of us couldn't quite cope with the worn-out-looking beds. However, for most people, this does not stand in the way of the desire to see each other again soon.

Beautiful little house with everything we needed for our relatively large family, in an interesting area of the harbor. A few minutes walk to one side or the other are nice public beaches accessible to dogs. We didn't meet Letizia in person, but our questions and wishes were always super quick and willing to answer and fulfill. Hope we come back here.

We had an amazing stay in Bibione – thank you so much, Umberto! We’ve never had such a kind and flexible host. We messed up our check-in time, but he patiently waited for us and was incredibly understanding. The apartment is huge, unbelievably clean (cleaner than any Airbnb we’ve stayed at!), and just a short walk from the beach. We’d come back in a heartbeat – highly recommended

Perfect location in Grado old town. Short distances to the sea and to the Harbor. Many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is modern and practical. Everything necessary is available and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Communication with Davide was straightforward, prompt and very friendly. We'd love to come back anytime.

Very good location, centrally located in Barcola, but quiet. Great ambience, beautiful rooms. And René was an excellent host, very accommodating, always available, informative, very friendly, thank you very much. Without a doubt, I would book again immediately if I were in Trieste. Very nice place, located in the middle of the pine forest behind Bibione Lido del Sole. The beach is less than a km away, but Lucia still provided us with 4 bicycles to get around both the beach and along the beautiful waterfront bike path. Perfect place to enjoy Bibione beach, but also, if you want, for day trips (for example, we went to Venice on a bad day). Very kind Lucia who welcomed us personally, which is increasingly rare for those who host on airbnb.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 15-day stay at Gerhard's. Communication before and after the stay was very good, friendly, and Gerhard was always very responsive. He explained everything that was useful for us to know and gave us very timely directions on possible visits to the surroundings, the beaches... He was concerned to know if we were feeling well. His accommodation is really very nice, spacious, well-equipped and perfect for a vacation. The location at the top of the hill of Muggia is excellent, with a very spacious and well-appointed terrace, lawn, plants, and a magnificent view of the gulf that leads to Trieste, the sea and in the distance the hills towards Duino and Montefalcone. We really felt very good at Gerhard's, we rested and were able to fully enjoy our vacation. We were able to discover very interesting places, and enjoy the sea. We'll be happy to go back!

It was a great advantage for us to bring our dog and the dog beach was just 100 meters away. The city of Monfalcone is unfortunately very descriptive - but the location to Trieste / Koper or Gradow - Venice is good.

Beautiful apartment in the suburb of Grado. The bikes (including 2 locks) were perfect for getting into town via good bike paths. Even for our daughter (4 years, 100 cm) a bicycle was available, as well as a bicycle with a child seat for our 2-year-old son. It's a 2-minute walk to the beach through a small garden gate. Bakers, restaurants and a small supermarket are also in the immediate vicinity. Erica was very accommodating and thanks to the video sent in advance, we were well informed before our arrival.

The apartment is very nice and cozy, everything was clean and we were thrilled with the great views. On the terrace there are 2 deck chairs, and a large table, great for a good meal overlooking the sea! Even on a rainy day you can look out to the sea through the large terrace windows and watch the wild hustle and bustle of the waves. Walking, you are 2 minutes from the beach, or even in the old town. We'll be back for sure, for us the apartment was perfect it was a relaxing vacation!

Great location, few minutes from the beach, groceries, good restaurantns and the old town. Not far from the island, where you can park easily. Clean and bigger than it looks on the pictures. Great for family vacation. It might be a good idea to bring your own bed linen, towels, (also for handwash and kitchen) household things since these are provided only for 2-3 days.
