5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

We spent 4 days in Roberto's apartment. Very clean, tidy and well furnished place. Great attention to detail, equipped with all comforts. The apartment is close to the center, a 5-minute drive and close to the most famous places like Cortona. Surrounded by greenery, it's great for those of us who want to unwind. Roberto is a very kind host, available to provide all the news about restaurants and places to visit. He also made us find products from their garden that had just arrived. Very good. We had a great time. I highly recommend it and we hope to return.

We felt very comfortable, both in the apartment and in Arezzo. We were able to leave the car in the protected parking lot. We also got to Florence easily by train. In the evening, we liked to sit on the balcony. Thank you Isabella for 5 varied and pleasant days!

We always love coming to Arezzo and Christian’s apartment was perfect. Location was close to everything we wanted to see and is surrounded by great restaurants. Christian was the ultimate host. Friendly and quick to communicate. The apartment was squeaky clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing! Grazie Mille!!

It was like a dream. It made us consider leaving Germany and stay in The Tuskany. Beautiful surrounding with a very nice pool area and garden with fruit trees, chickens and sweet cats. We felt very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and kind. We would recommend Piandarca for 100% and wish to come back soon!

The apartment is located in the heart of historic Arezzo. It is on the top floor of a Renaissance era building . The views from the windows are spectacular. The apartment is spacious, well decorated, very quiet and the modern art is a delight. Flippo’s apartment will make your trip to Italy and to Arezzo very special.

The house is in the center of Arezzo in a very convenient location. It has excellent livability given the two spacious and well-furnished bedrooms. Order and cleanliness are the masters, the kindness and punctuality of Davide's organization are a perfect support. The students are promoted with full marks! Absolutely to be considered!!

Serena is a wonderful and very pleasant host, very attentive to detail and the well being of the guests. Her home is in a great spot, accessible to Arezzo center, supermarkets, restaurants, and within walking distance to the train station. The decor is modern and super organized. The bed is very comfortable, as are the pillows, and the shower is quite nice. Washer in unit is a plus. Our stay was without issues. Would certainly stay here again during our next stay in this amazing city.

We only stayed one night in Pierluigi's apartment, but we immediately felt at home. Modern apartment, well-furnished and with everything you need to live in. Pierluigi is an attentive, helpful and very organized host. The check-in instructions, as well as the directions to the apartment and where to park are provided in advance and with attached photos so as to make everything even clearer and simpler. I recommend it to everyone! If I had to go through Arezzo again, I would definitely choose this solution.

Amanda's apartment provided a warm, comfortable, and well-appointed home for a month in Castiglion Fiorentino. The laundry room, large kitchen, and private outdoor space were the perfect amenities for an extended stay for a couple. Part way through our trip, we had friends rent the attached apartment and we opened the adjoining doors so we could play cards in front of the fire in the evenings. Amanda arranged occasional cleanings during our stay, as well as organizing cars to/from the train station on our arrival and departure. This is a beautiful, safe, and walkable hill town with fantastic restaurants, museums, churches, and shops that were open even in the off season. The people, town, and food were warm and wonderful. We began Italian language lessons while there and became regulars at the Cafè Le Logge with its incredible view. We took regular daytrips by train to Arezzo or Florence, and by bus or car to Cortona and Chiusi. We could have stayed a month longer! Amanda was amazing!

We were on a family vacation. The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring Tuscany. The area has two apartments and a warehouse or plant where they process their own olive production. Their olive oil is very delicious, we bought them. David welcomed us, he was very nice friendly, showed us everything and we could have called if there was anything wrong but we didn't. We felt great.

Small treasure in the alleys of the historic center of Cortona. Well-kept and clean environment, true to description! A note of merit to the host who provided specific directions to get to free parking near the property, avoiding the historic center with paid areas and above all for the availability to accommodate some small requests from us guests! Recommended!

We stayed at La Murata and were enchanted. The house is spacious, cozy, full of character and perfect for families or groups of friends. Each environment tells a story and the general atmosphere is that of a refuge far from the chaos, surrounded by greenery. The pool and hot tub gave us moments of authentic relaxation, with an enchanting view. The outdoor spaces are well-kept, ideal for relaxing or dining outdoors while admiring the Tuscan hills at sunset. Nara is a very kind, present and helpful host, always ready to intervene if needed. From the first meeting, a beautiful empathy was created, we immediately felt welcomed as if we were at home. The location is strategic for exploring villages and cities in the surroundings, but also perfect if you are looking for relaxation in a unique setting. We will definitely be back. A dream stay!

We had an amazing stay at Alessandro’s and Sonja’s place. They helped a lot with very good recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do around. The apartment was very clean and cute, even though it was quite moist probably due to lower temperatures in May. For the summer months we can imagine it it is very cooling and perfect for sleeping. We can highly recommend the Castello and would always come back ☺️

Very nice house, fantastic outdoor space with lots of games for the little ones. The host was extremely helpful, super recommended as a base to explore the area, which is also very beautiful

We stayed 9 nights and it was a lovely time. Super nice cottage, beautifully landscaped garden and an amazingly beautiful view. Everything was clean and we felt very much at home. The hosts are very nice warm people. There is so much to do in the area, it is within driving distance of all the larger cities/attractions. We also made beautiful walks in the area. You can hardly ask for a nicer location in Tuscany. It's really breathtaking. The only downside is that the pool and hot tub are not hot and I didn't swim as a result. All in all this is a super place where we really had a particularly nice time.
