The apartment is very spacious and beautifully decorated, in a nice location with great views to the central square of the old town, while also easily reachable by car. Free parking less than 5 minutes walking away. Giovanni is a great host, very attentive, easy to reach and helpful. We really enjoyed our time here, it was a great location from which to explore Tuscany.

Everything was great! Everyone was helpful and friendly, the place was very peaceful and beautiful. The kids played around.

We spent a pleasant vacation in and around Arezzo. The apartment is in a convenient location to reach the historic center and is equipped with everything you need. No problem for parking in front of the entrance. Silvia and her parents were kind and always available.

Our stay at Leonardo’s place was absolutely unforgettable! First of all, Leonardo was an exceptional host—by far the best we’ve ever had on Airbnb. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. As a thoughtful gesture, he greeted us with homemade cake on our first day and even shared fresh zucchini from his garden—such a warm and personal touch! The home itself exceeded our expectations; it was even more beautiful than the photos. Every detail was perfect—from the cozy rooms and stunning views to the relaxing pool and the magical fireflies that lit up the night. The entire setting was peaceful, private, and had a wonderfully romantic atmosphere. We truly enjoyed every moment and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a special getaway. My stay in Arezzo was fabulous and staying in Cinzia’s apartment made it over the top great. Cinzia’s is very amazing, super great communication from start to finish. Her daughter Sabrina met me and gave super clear instructions regarding the apartment, showed where everything was, and gave recommendations on what to see and do. Perfect start. The apartment is super close to the stazione which was great. The apartment is spotless and very much felt like home. Great kitchen with new appliances, super cold fridge, and all that you would need to prepare meals. The house is large, roomy, comfortable and super clean. The bathroom was spotless with a great shower and sink. The bed and pillows were 100% comfortable. Actually super comfortable. Everything was perfect. It was pleasure to know Cinzia and Sabrina and without any doubt, I’ll be returning soon. Grazie mille per tutto Cinzia! Ci vediamo presto …

Arnaldo’s apartment is amazing - the location is absolutely perfect to walk into town, and the view from the terrace is stunning. Great amenities and extremely clean. Extra bonus that there is a lift! Arnaldo himself met us and was very flexible with timings and extremely friendly, telling us about the history of the building and local recommendations.

Beautiful village and beautiful apartment located very good. Aleandro was so kind picking me up and driving me back to the train station, answered quickly and was very nice! Apartment was clean and quiet, and had everything I needed. Would love to come back and would recommend this to others as well :)

It's a great old house but heavily modernized, so you can enjoy the history of the place but have modern amenities where you need them - kitchen, bathroom, heating, wifi. It's a very spacious, clean and comfortable house where you can really feel at home. The hosts - Lorella and Anna Maria - have done a fantastic job meeting and welcoming us. Everything was clear and easy from the beginning to the end. We really loved the place and would be happy to return!

Francesca was a charming host. Her apartment is large and comfortable with a great outside terrace for warm days and evenings. Lovely bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Incredibly central and convenient. We enjoyed Anghiari enormously. Thanks Francesca 👍

The property is wonderful, surrounded by greenery and with a pool with an incredible view. The room was super clean and with all possible comforts. We interacted a lot with a very kind lady at the reception, very friendly and helpful. The wine we tasted was also exceptional , it's worth staying there for just one night! Extremely recommended

We had a fantastic week at Argena. The views from the terrace are some of the most incredible we’ve ever seen in Tuscany - truly mesmerizing. Vincent was a wonderful host - from greeting us with drinks, giving us local recommendations to showing us the nearby forest lake where you can swim and kayak (a thoroughly memorable afternoon), he really went over and above. The apartment is tastefully decorated, well equipped and good value. As well as Lucignano which is lovely, it is well situated to visit Arezzo - great for shopping, Siena, Montepulciano and Florence. A brilliant find!

Carlo's place is much larger and more beautiful than you can see from the photos! Carlo is a fantastic person, he gave us countless tips on places to visit and many tips on restaurants in the area. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need, the linens and sheets were fragrant and very clean. In addition, he left us a wide choice of breakfast foods. What can I say, absolutely perfect in everything. I recommend it to all those looking for accommodation in the area. Highly recommended!

This may be the literal nicest AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. It was perfect. Spotless, walkable, had amenities so I could make dinner for the first time in a few weeks on my trip. Also, Ilaria wasn’t in town when I asked for a spice to help make my dinner—but I 1000% believe she would’ve brought it over if she was in town. I wish I stayed in Castiglion Fiorentino longer, just because this apartment was wonderful. Thank you so much!

Thank God there are still people like Elena who cares about the experience. The place was amazing. extremely comfortable. you could not have asked for a better location, right in the middle of the village. Elena was super super helpful with the recommendations, made sure I was comfortable and checked on me. the neighbors spoke perfect English as well. the parking always had space. yes you gotta walk up the hill, but God it's beautiful. Everyone I met in the village was amazing. 10/10 for the appartment and the comfort 10/10 for the food. (I recommend the restaurant in the corner of the plaza, you'll know when you get there) 10/10 for the Experience

Our stay at Rosa’s was more than we could have hoped for. Rosa and her husband were kind, caring and extremely helpful. Rosa is a detailed person and wants her guests to enjoy themselves and feel right at home, which is what we did. We cannot say enough about Rosa and her husband. The apartment was exactly the kind of authentic Italian home that you would hope for. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking some Italian meals! We loved Cortona. We enjoyed the location which was practically in the main square. There were many great restaurants within a couple minutes walk. We enjoyed the market in the square every Saturday. Our favorite was strolling through the streets of Cortona and taking in the amazing views. The central location made it a great home base for us. It was easy to catch a bus and train to discover more of Tuscany. This was by far our best Airbnb experience and highly recommend it.

Our family had a fantastic time at Paolo's podere. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for a family of 4; the backyard and pool area were fantastic for relaxing, and we barbecued multiple times during our stay. Would definitely return and recommend!

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

Spent a lovely week at Marco’s holiday place. The flat was decorated traditionally, In immaculate condition and well kitted out ( there were snacks and cold drinks waiting in the fridge). We used the private back patio for breakfasts and after dinner drinks with a view of the countryside! The pool and grounds are great and my toddler loved the trampoline . Parking was easy and the property is easy to access ( no gravel/steep roads etc) Lastly and importantly, Marco and his mother are really nice! He gave a great recommendation for a local pizza place with sunset views and was very helpful generally

It was very nice and we felt very comfortable. However, air conditioning would have been optimal at the high temperatures.

We had a pleasant stay at Violeta's house! The property offers wonderful spaces, is well-equipped and immersed in tranquility. The playground and private pool were an extra touch, especially for groups of friends. A practical tip for those who decide to stay here: it is better to have a car with a good ground clearance for the dirt road, the only access route. The owner Violeta was kind and helpful for anything you might need. We recommend this house to those looking for relaxation and nature!

This place is absolutely perfect. It is probably one of the biggest Airbnb places I have ever stayed for the money. Everything was clean. Everything was perfect. Very quaint little town. Very quiet at night. The bed in the master bedroom was absolutely one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. If you come to this area, please check out this property. You will not be disappointed.

Super place, even nicer than the pictures and with very warm and helpful hosts :) The stately property is beautifully located with many animals and magnificent views over the plain. The whole Casentino Valley can be easily reached by bike, train or car. It was particularly friendly for us to receive support from the hosts on arrival and departure by train and to be provided with bicycles for local activities. Unfortunately, the weather was not so good at the beginning of May, but otherwise everything was just beautiful! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing place and host! Enrico was very helpful and pleasant through the stay, dinner at their restaurant was exactly what we needed after the weather let us down. The freshly made focaccia was the highlight for sure. Shame we couldn’t stay longer. Highly recommend staying here and they have accommodations to suit groups as well as couples.
