Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Province of Ancona

Der Vermieter ist gewerblich. Daniel, der sich um das Anwesen kümmert, war aber sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Was uns auch sehr gefreut hat war das Mineralwasser in Glasflaschen, das bereits im Kühlschrank auf uns gewartet hat. Die Lage war wirklich besonders schön mit Blick bis zum Meer und in die Berge und sehr ruhig. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Mückengitter an den Fenstern waren sehr gut und auch nötig. Wenn man von Mücken bevorzugt wird, sollte man an Mückenabwehrmittel und elektrische Stichheiler denken mitzunehmen. Die Matratzen der Betten waren meinem Mann leider zu hart. Ein optionaler weicher Matratzen Topper könnte da einfache Abhilfe schaffen. Der Garten war groß und alles war sauber gepflegt, aber leider war nicht ein einziger blühender Strauch vorhanden. Ein paar bunte Oleander, einige Lavendel und Rosmarin würden dem leeren Garten wirklich gut tun. Alles in allem war es ein erholsamer Aufenthalt, wir haben uns gut entspannt. Danke Daniel!

Marco è stato un host straordinario. Ha risolto velocemente ogni piccolo problema. Il suo appartamento è situato nel cuore della bellissima Montelupone. Arredamento moderno, ambiente confortevole e cucina attrezzatissima. Ottima la pulizia.

Éramos 2 adultos e 2 crianças, e fomos em outubro. O local é residencial e tranquilo. O apartamento é novo, com bons eletrodomésticos, utensílios de cozinha, camas, banheiro e estava bem limpo. Há lava-louça, e pode-se cozinhar tranquilamente. Há estacionamento gratuito na rua. Não tivemos dificuldade de estacionar, embora em alguns dias não foi possível deixar o carro em frente ao apartamento. Utilizamos o local para visitar San Marino, Grotte di Frasassi, Amandola, Ascoli Piceno e Senigallia. Giovanna foi uma excelente anfitriã. Recomendamos o local.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Gloria con i nostri tre figli per tre notti. Abbiamo scelto la Casa in Castello perché desideravamo conoscere Gloria di persona, dopo aver letto il suo blog per alcuni anni, e per vivere qualche giorno in un piccolo borgo marchigiano! Accoglienza gentile e premurosa e bellissima location. Ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio! Consigliatissima!

Soggiorno davvero perfetto! La posizione della casa è in pieno centro, comoda per raggiungere tutto davvero facilmente. L’alloggio è molto bello, pulitissimo e attrezzato con ogni comfort, oltre che curato nei minimi dettagli. Un ringraziamento speciale all'host, gentilissimo e super disponibile: è addirittura venuto a prendermi in stazione e mi ha accompagnata in macchina fino davanti alla porta di casa. Un’accoglienza rara! Consigliatissimo, tornerò volentieri.

La struttura si trova in una posizione molto comoda, perfetta per spostarsi facilmente nei dintorni, e allo stesso tempo silenziosa, garantendo un soggiorno ideale per “staccare la spina”. L’appartamento é perfetto se viaggiate con un amico a quattro zampe e un punto di forza è sicuramente il giardino, tranquillo e ben tenuto, ideale per rilassarsi. Un ringraziamento speciale a Edoardo, sempre presente, gentile e disponibile. Torneremmo volentieri!

Una settimana da sogno nelle Marche con tutta la tribù: cugini, sorelle, genitori, cane e la suocera (sì, anche lei). La villa? Un paradiso. Piscina top, idromassaggio terapeutico (anche per i nervi), BBQ da grigliatori seriali. Stefano e Alessandro: da 10 e lode, sempre presenti ma mai invadenti. Panorama da cartolina, comfort ovunque. Ci siamo rilassati, divertiti e... ingrassati. Ci torneremmo domani. Anzi, ci trasferiremmo.

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Marco und seiner Frau. Die Villa ist wunderschön. Marco kümmert sich sofort wenn man etwas braucht. Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen! 😊Marco hat uns viele Sehenswürdigkeiten empfohlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ☺️

Me and my family had a wonderful stay. The villa had everything you need, both inside and outside - and the surroundings was amasing. The host was very helpful - helped us to book both lunch at a restaurang and a wine tour. Any question that we had, they respondend and help us quickly with a friendly approach. Can really recommend to stay here!

I cannot express enough positive sentiments about Sara and Giacomo. They are exceptionally warm, responsive, and friendly hosts. The house is brand new, modern, and spacious, with every comfort and need thoughtfully anticipated. We were the first guests to stay in this newly finished property and truly enjoyed our time in Le Marche. The house is ideally located on a peaceful, quiet country road, with a view of the ancient city of Osimo in the distance. It is the perfect base for exploring Le Marche, which offers beautiful medieval villages nearby and easy access to the sea. After a long day of exploring, returning to such a comfortable, relaxing, and well-equipped home was wonderful. Sara was always available and extraordinarily responsive to any questions or requests for recommendations. She is truly delightful. It’s clear that Sara and Giacomo want to create something special, and they have indeed succeeded. I highly recommend staying here.

Super Unterkunft in einem typischen italienischen Dorf. Ruhig mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Pizzeria 50 m entfernt. Zentral zwischen Bergen und Meer gelegen.

We loved staying here! What a perfect location. A private house super close to the beach, but away from the fray of the main beach street. Only 5 minutes to walk to the beach. So nice not to have to worry about parking. We went to the free beach next to the Blu beach. The apartment was clean and spacious. Good place to relax and cook basic meals. There is a small yard and table so you can eat outside. Easy parking for the car. Super nice host! We would love to come again.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 2 settimane. La casa è veramente bella: arredata con molto gusto e dotata di ogni confort. È stata un comodo punto di partenza per qualche gita. Peccato Cesano non offra molto: chi cerca solo tranquillità sarà nel posto ideale. Tornando a casa ci mancherà molto il balcone affacciato sul mare! Andrea e sua moglie sono sempre stati molto disponibili.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Accoglienza al top, piccole attenzioni dedicate al cliente assai gradevoli. Casa pulita e in ordine, dotata di tutti i comfort. Prezzo giusti. Ci siamo trovati bene. Zona un po’ periferica ma comunque a pochi passi dal centro di Jesi, che merita di essere visitato.

To były wyjątkowe cztery dni w Ankonie. Bardzo komfortowy apartament, niezwykle czysty i fantastycznie wyposażony. Na miejscu zastaliśmy dosłownie wszystko do idealnego wypoczynku. Właścicielka zadbała o nas jak o własną rodzinę! Zawsze pomocna, profesjonalna i komunikatywna! Z wielką przyjemnością kiedyś wrócimy... Wojtek i Adam.

Sehr schöne, moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einer großartigen Dachterrasse mit Meerblick, in der wir einen schönen Urlaub verbringen durften. Andrea ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber der immer sehr gut erreichbar ist. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft voll und ganz und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Die NEU sanierte Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Leider lädt der Balkon nicht zum Verweilen ein. Die Fernsehkanäle waren nicht ordentlich eingestellt, deswegen war die Nutzung nicht möglich. Zum Strand dauerte es zu Fuß 10 Minuten. Dieser ist meiner Meinung nach nicht empfehlenswert. Ich empfehle die Strände etwas außerhalb da ich diese wesentlich schöner und entspannter fand.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est agréable, décoré soigneusement et bien équipé. il est idéalement placé au centre de Ancone. bus à proximité. Caterina est une personne exceptionnelle et nous a fait passer de bons moments en nous délivrant des conseils et des bonnes adresses. Elle a été présente pour nous du début à la fin du séjour. Nous recommandons à 100%.
