The landlord is commercial. Daniel, who takes care of the property, but was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. What also pleased us very much was the mineral water in glass bottles, which was already waiting for us in the fridge. The location was really particularly nice with views to the sea and the mountains and very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. The mosquito screens on the windows were very good and also necessary. If you are preferred by mosquitoes, you should think about mosquito repellent and electric stitch healers. Unfortunately, the mattresses of the beds were too hard for my husband. An optional soft mattress topper could provide a simple remedy. The garden was large and everything was well maintained, but unfortunately there was not a single flowering shrub. A few colorful oleanders, some lavender and rosemary would be really good for the empty garden. All in all it was a relaxing stay, we relaxed well. Thanks Daniel!

Marco was an extraordinary host. He quickly resolved every little issue. His apartment is located in the heart of beautiful Montelupone. Modern decor, comfortable environment and fully equipped kitchen. Excellent cleanliness.

We were 2 adults and 2 children, and we went in October. The location is residential and quiet. The apartment is new, with good appliances, kitchen utensils, beds, bathroom and was very clean. There is a dishwasher, and you can cook in peace. There is free street parking. We had no difficulty parking, although on some days it was not possible to leave the car in front of the apartment. We used the place to visit San Marino, Grotte di Frasassi, Amandola, Ascoli Piceno and Senigallia. Giovanna was an excellent host. We recommend the place.

We chose the House in the Castle because we wanted to meet Gloria in person, after reading her blog for a few years, and to experience a few days in a small Marche village! A dream week in the Marche region with the whole tribe: cousins, sisters, parents, dog, and mother-in-law (yes, even her). The villa? A paradise. Top pool, therapeutic hot tub (also for the nerves), BBQ for serial grillers. Stefano and Alessandro: 10 out of 10, always present but never intrusive. Postcard views, comfort everywhere. We relaxed, had fun and... gained weight. We'd go back tomorrow. In fact, we'd move in.

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

Me and my family had a wonderful stay. The villa had everything you need, both inside and outside - and the surroundings was amasing. The host was very helpful - helped us to book both lunch at a restaurang and a wine tour. Any question that we had, they respondend and help us quickly with a friendly approach. We were the first guests to stay in this newly finished property and truly enjoyed our time in Le Marche. The house is ideally located on a peaceful, quiet country road, with a view of the ancient city of Osimo in the distance. It is the perfect base for exploring Le Marche, which offers beautiful medieval villages nearby and easy access to the sea. After a long day of exploring, returning to such a comfortable, relaxing, and well-equipped home was wonderful. Sara was always available and extraordinarily responsive to any questions or requests for recommendations. She is truly delightful. It’s clear that Sara and Giacomo want to create something special, and they have indeed succeeded. I highly recommend staying here.

Great accommodation in a typical Italian village. Quiet with fantastic views. Pizzeria 50 meters away. Centrally located between mountains and sea.

We loved staying here! What a perfect location. A private house super close to the beach, but away from the fray of the main beach street. Only 5 minutes to walk to the beach. So nice not to have to worry about parking. We went to the free beach next to the Blu beach. The apartment was clean and spacious. Good place to relax and cook basic meals. There is a small yard and table so you can eat outside. Easy parking for the car. Super nice host! We would love to come again.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The house is really nice: tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. It was a convenient starting point for a few trips. Too bad Cesano doesn't offer much: those who only look for tranquility will be in the ideal place. Returning home, we will miss the balcony overlooking the sea! Andrea and his wife were always very helpful.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

We had a wonderful day there, we had a wonderful time. It was a little paradise for us. If you are looking for relaxation and relaxation, this is the place to be. The pool is fantastic, you can use it until late at night and admire the stars, you can only recommend that. We had an apartment for three people and it is completely sufficient. The highlight was the two bathrooms, so no stress while getting ready after a day of bathing. Also great praise to the hostess, a very, very friendly person who was always there to help. One more small tip, if you don't want to do without the beach, then we recommend the sandy beach in Torrette di Fano, about 20 minutes by car.

Excellent hospitality, very pleasant small touches dedicated to the customer. Clean and tidy house, equipped with all comforts. Fair price. We had a good time. A bit of a peripheral area but still a short walk from the center of Jesi, which deserves to be visited.

It was a special four days in Ancona. Very comfortable apartment, extra clean and fantastically equipped. We found literally everything for a perfect getaway. Very nice and courteous hostess. The NEWLY renovated apartment is very modernly furnished. Unfortunately, the balcony does not invite you to linger. The TV channels were not set properly, so it was not possible to use it. It took 10 minutes to walk to the beach. This is not recommended in my opinion. I recommend the beaches a little outside as I found them much nicer and more relaxed.

Excellent experience, nice welcome from the host, available, quick communication. The apartment is in the center, easily accessible on foot from those who come by public transport. Lucky you pass the city's feast on the bridge. A city that is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended apartment and host.
