A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

Special stay in Lucia's very spacious apartment, with a beautiful garden and a breathtaking view of the Conero hills. Initially the strong personality of the house took us a little aback, but we were greeted by Gigliola (Lucia's mother) with great kindness. Convenient location for the sea (15-20 minutes) and beautiful excursions (Loreto, Sirolo, Passo del Lupo). Returning to this "home" after our days was a real pleasure. Thanks Lucia! Alba's house is located in a beautiful area in the Marche hills in the province of Macerata: the house is comfortable, well equipped for cooking and spending relaxing moments in the living room and garden. From the house you can walk for beautiful walks in the surroundings; towns with shops and restaurants can be reached in about ten minutes by car. Alba is a kind and always available host; we spent a beautiful rustic New Year's Eve in her home and recommend it to everyone.

It was the 2nd time we stayed here and it was great again. Next year again:) The asparagus were very tasty ! Thanks, and see you soon

Caterina's house is very welcoming and comfortable, with attention to every detail, the location is quiet and convenient to reach the wonderful nearby villages. Our stay was very pleasant. Caterina knows how to pamper her guests.

We were only passing through and needed a place to sleep, but was nevertheless a nice stay. Small, cute room, clean and cozy. Quiet environment, parking in front of the house. Hostess was super friendly We enjoyed it.

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastically beautiful apartment! The accommodation is not only tastefully decorated, but also in an absolutely quiet location with stunning views of the hilly landscape – perfect for relaxing. The pool was a real highlight and felt almost like a private pool – ideal for cooling off and enjoying. The lovingly landscaped garden also contributed to the relaxed atmosphere. A big thank you to Adriana, who welcomed us in a very friendly way and was always helpful. The area is perfect for cycling and slowing down – we enjoyed every minute and will definitely be back!

We rented the apartment for our employees. The apartment is nicely decorated, clean, friendly owner, good location, suitable for a longer stay, as it has everything you need. I highly recommend it.

We coudnt ask for more, absolutely perfect 5 days in Noemi's place. Spotless with all we need. Better than description! Perfect for family with kids. Very bright and plenty of storage. everything went well. Angela was always there when we needed her. The problem we had is we are 82 years old and don't get around as good as someone younger. I would suggest her apartment to other people. It has a great view as advertised.

It was an amazing stay at Stefanias apartment, we really enjoyed the surrounding of the mountains. It was perfect to relax and chill at the pool with a great view and also to explore Fabriano and Frasassi area. There was nothing we missed, the multiple bathrooms were really great for staying with friends. We would really recommend to stay there.

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

Very good communication with Stefano. The apartment is well equipped, we didn't miss anything. There were plenty of towels and hand soap as well as dish soap. The two bathrooms are connected via a shared shower. Ample parking space is available in front of the house. There are supermarkets in the surrounding area and you can reach various beautiful villages in short distances. You are more likely to drive to the beach by car, as the way back through the hill is difficult. From the balcony you can see the sea, but before that crosses the highway, which you can also hear. It didn't bother us, but maybe this is important for others to know. We had a nice stay at Stefano's place and can recommend the apartment. If you could improve something, it would be basic amenities in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, for example), otherwise you always have to buy this for a few days.

The apartment is in a very good location and very nice. Outside of the crowd. The size is perfect for a comfortable multi-day stay. Everything is new and very clean. And Gian Marco is very available. I also appreciated the clear instructions regarding how the apartment works. A big thank you.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Excellent hospitality, very pleasant small touches dedicated to the customer. Clean and tidy house, equipped with all comforts. Fair price. We had a good time. A bit of a peripheral area but still a short walk from the center of Jesi, which deserves to be visited.

We were guests in this house for 11 days and we had a very good time. The apartment, with careful cleaning, is equipped with everything you need in every area: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Appreciated the TV that allows different connections (Netflix, Amazon Prime and others) the coffee machine with different capsules available, as well as the availability of other useful items in the kitchen, such as salt, oil, vinegar and more. The bed is very comfortable, with availability of change of sheets as well as towels. The private garage is very useful, and in any case there are free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the house. The location is convenient both for reaching the sea in a few minutes and for visiting, within a few kilometers, the numerous medieval villages of great interest located on the green hills of the Marche. We thank Alessio and his mother for the courtesy with which they welcomed us, sending them a cordial and warm greeting!

Very nice, modern and well equipped apartment with a great roof terrace with sea view where we were allowed to have a nice holiday. Andrea is a very nice host who is always very easily accessible. We fully recommend the accommodation and will definitely be back.

This home is wonderful, a home away from home! I hated to leave after my month stay, it was the most comfortable and clean stay of my 3 months traveling. The village is quiet and the people are friendly, the bar Contini had the best coffee in the area and of course great cocktails. I also enjoyed participating in community events. I highly recommend!
