Villa vacation rentals in Procchio

Pictures don’t do this house justice. It is a gorgeous private house with a dramatically beautiful driveway entrance. We were worried about heat and mosquitos as we arrived in mid July but were happy that the house stays cool and there were little to no mosquitos. Marco is a responsive and helpful host. The house is very near the beach and all the best of Marina Di Campo. The outdoor shower surrounded by hedges was like a movie set. The bathrooms are clean and both have showers. We hope to return again!

Deborah was an excellent host! Very accommodating. She welcomed us with a large fruit bowl and wine as well as drinks. And there was also a farewell gift. Very touching! We felt very comfortable at the place and had a priceless view of the sea. Grazie!

From the first contact, Clod was very enthusiastic and helpful. Upon arrival we received a nice and extensive introduction about the house and everything to do in the area. The nearest town of Suvereto is beautiful and 5 minutes away and definitely going to visit! Baratti beach was also his advice and is really top! We luckily met Kira too, wonderful woman. All in all a fantastic stay and we would definitely come back. Thank you Clod and Kira for the great 4 days!

Great place to stay! Nice beautiful. Rio nel Elba is a nice place and in August the square reachable in two minutes often featured live music and other events every night. Even the neighbors were very friendly.

We spent 2 great weeks with 4 adults and 2 girls in the house. Our 3 dogs were able to stay safely in the garden. Beach, restaurants and grocery store were within walking distance. Overall, we lacked nothing in the house. The view of the bay of Sant'Andrea inspired us every day.

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids and have spent 2 weeks in the house. It was a very pleasant vacation for us. The house is very functional, clean, and has its own character. The terrasse is very nice and has a wonderful view. Most importantly the communication with the host was smooth - she helped us a lot with giving useful advice about the region and was very nice and proactive. Thank you

Edoardo and his family were extremely kind, pleasant and helpful hosts. The location of the apartment is just fantastic! You can reach a beautiful beach in three minutes (by walk!). You could ask Edoardo anything and he was always very polite and helpful. We were certainly not the last time there!

We felt right at home. A warm welcome from Marussa. Wonderful views from the garden terrace over the city, small harbor and up to the mainland. Restaurants and supermarket are within easy walking distance. We were super pleased that there were new towels and bedding for the second week. In the evening the view of the lights and the sea was beautiful. Very quite area. It was a beautiful fourteen days. We will be happy to come back, definitely. We have Marussa in our hearts.

The views and location are out of this world. It was much better than the photos! The house is very spacious and can easily accommodate two small families. We loved that you can take a nice hike to a private beach. Has three patios and a very nice outdoor spot for having meals. We had a couple a small challenge with hot water but the host were super responsive. It takes nothing from the experience, but the house lacked a couple of essentials you would may need (shampoo, coffee, etc). Make sure to shop for everything on your way down from. Portoferraio. Still a 5 stars !!!!

Beautiful beachfront villa with direct access. Convenient area to explore the whole island. Clean beach with the possibility of both a free and equipped area. Very spacious house complete with every comfort and accessory. Beautiful view of the gulf and very spacious rooms. Ideal for large groups. We'll definitely be back!

The house with the many colors" is a 20-minute walk below the car-free medieval village in the pine forest with fantastic views of the sea. Perfectly remodeled by the owner as an artist with island-typical colors, the villa is stylish and well equipped and fulfills all wishes. In particular, the saltwater pool in front of the large terrace makes it unique. In addition, you will be very nicely received and accompanied by Tina. Highly recommended! Would love to come back.

We stayed in this special house as a family with 10 adults and 1 dog. Each has their own room including bathroom. The house is just as special as it shows in the pictures! It was very clean, cozy , spacious and perfect to be together, private and quiet. The kitchen is generously equipped. 3 cars can easily park in the yard. The view from the terraces is a dream! It is completely fenced which was great for our dog to walk around and is just a 3 minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach with rocks. Porto Azzuro is only 15 minutes away by car and was our favorite town for shopping and restaurant visits. Nadia welcomed us warmly at the house. Unfortunately, she doesn't speak English but that was somehow no problem- She is a very friendly person!

Beautiful house at an amazing location with direct access to the beach with lots of nice bagni with great restaurants very near by. Wonderful sunsets and the lounge and terrace are simply stunning. The house and kitchen are well equipped - beautifully designed interiors.

Villa San Giuseppe is a true gem where you can relax and unwind very well. In the villa it has almost everything one needs for a stay. The rooms are very well equipped and the whole area around the villa is very large and very nice. The pool is gigantically large and very nicely located with a foresight. There should be more umbrellas and loungers for the sun loungers. The WIFI would have to be even better developed and the water when showering is not really hot but rather cold. The barbecue area is also very well located and there is enough wood to grill something fine every day. In the exterior dining area, a lounge would be very good as an addition, as most people are located outside. The arrival through the many cypress trees is also a highlight every time and the road is easily accessible from gravel. Overall, however, highly recommended, which appreciates tranquility and yet the proximity to the city of Follonica about 15 minutes drive.

This house offers so much peace and quiet, except for the sounds of the waves. What a wonderful place to just sit back and relax. The house is wonderfully outfitted, the beds comfortable, and Silvia was so helpful when we had car problems on the island. We would love to come back.

Beautiful house in the hills. Absolut privat place with a clean and modern house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything to start in the holiday's. The large terasse is covered and perfect for a beautiful evening. With bike or car you can reach the city in 2 minutes. The marina has a variety of restaurants and bars directly at the sea.

The property exactly matches the description and photos. The host has always been responsive and prompt, as well as accurate and helpful. The house is very nice and cozy.

We loved staying at Francesco’s place. It is so close to all the fantastic wineries and restaurants, and such a lovely house and surroundings. Francesco gave us many wonderful recommendations prior to our arrival and we were able to make some bookings. We also enjoyed how quiet it is as it overlooks a vineyard. The living area is wonderful and we were very sorry to leave. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to do a trip to the area.

Marta and her husband are true loves. We had a car breakdown and our vehicle remained immobilized on the island. They drove us shopping, brought us back to the boat. They were very helpful with the garage. Very accommodating. Regarding the listing, it is as described. It is pleasant, well-equipped. The view is splendid. Access to the freshwater swimming pool, sea and sea are very easy. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back again.

San Ottaviano is a dream location! What a beautiful place with really kind people. Special thanks to Lorenzo with his great service 🙏 For us traveling with a kid it was perfect with the restaurant and swimming pool close-by. The beer the owner makes was above our expectations. We would definitely come back!

A perfect place for a small or larger family. There's a lot of space in the house that's nice and newly decorated. Air conditioning in all rooms, which we did not use. Only a little in the bedroom. The house hears a family farm where everything around is fit and cared for by the owner. He comes every day and works on the farm and brings the sweet dog Lina with him. We had several where nice conversations and presentation of the farm's animals. Cats, dog, rabbits, chickens and geese as well as showing the beautiful breeding fields with wine and olives. We took several evening walks through the fields and enjoyed the Tuscan idyll. The pool is really delicious! The place is highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Bacci! The house and especially the phenomenal view are unique. A place where you can unwind very well and spend time with friends and family. The pool makes the house even more amazing. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great time. Beautiful land where we were able to let our dog walk around without any problem. Peace and quiet are 2 adjectives that can quite match our vacation. Recommended!!
