Dear people. I'am so lucky to live in my dreamhouse: a loft in an old sigar factory. The high ceilings and open space give an unique atmosphere. The house has an industrial look & feel but it's cosy and intimate at the same time. It's located in a quite street in the famous canaldistrict; it makes this spot the perfect base from where you can discover the city. Built in 1888, this is one of the oldest boats in Amsterdam and is located in the Jordaan near the Anne Frank house and the Central Station. The boat has 5G internet, TV, central heating, a separate bathroom, and a free parking space. You have exclusive use. Outside on the deck you have a beautiful view of the Keizersgracht and there are many stores and restaurants around the corner.

The houseboat is in the heart of the Jordaan area, in the centre of our city. The boat has 2 separate studios of 16m2 for my guests and another part of the boat where I live myself. In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.
