Bryan’s Air BnB in Princeville is splendid! We feel in love with the place as soon as we arrived. The kitchen is spacious, and very well stocked and equipped. The decor and furniture is set up in such a way that makes one feel instantly at home. The bedrooms have air conditioners and comfy beds as well as separate washrooms. Having a washer and dryer as well as access to lawn chairs, coolers, beach blankets and more was definitely a bonus! The condo is located in a quiet and secure gated community that is close to shopping and restaurants. Bryan was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He also provided us with information about places to visit and activities to partake in. I would highly recommend Bryan’s Air BnB.

Very convenient location, was able to move around easily. Given a lot of suggestions on activities and restaurants. Home was comfortable and well furnished.

This house and community were great for our family. Clean, beautiful pool, tons of toys and chairs for the beach, and just a short drive to Hanalei. Would definitely stay here again

Prime location and a beautiful condo overall. We were worried about it getting hot but the fans and windows AC were more than enough. We had a great time overall.

Great place to stay in Princeville! Great amenities in the Airbnb to make living there easier. The condo does stay comfortable and cool through breezes and fans. Note that a rental agreement and your personal e-mail address are required for rental. Nothing significant is in the agreement but it is not noted in the listing.

We had a fabulous time staying in Princeville. The Airbnb was a perfect location and absolutely beautiful. Peter was extremely helpful and responsive the whole time. We loved having the bbq on the patio so we can have the kids come over from their resort for dinner. When asking Peter at last minute for a late checkout the next day, he responded quickly and was very accommodating which was extremely helpful and appreciated. It gave us some extra time with my kids and grandson. We will definitely be booking again! Thanks again for everything!

Jason's rental is a beautiful place at a beautiful location. We were pleasantly surprised with the little things that made Jason's place so pleasurable and comfortable, such as the abundance of bathing towels, the beach and snorkel supplies, the availability of bicycles, how all the rooms were (Hawaii themed) tastefully decorated, even a ukulele with instructions and songs to play. Having a washer and dryer to use was a huge plus. The owners' pool and grill was utilized which added to the entire experience. Thank you Jason for making our family vacation one we will always fondly remember.

Will be booking with Vacasa in the future, lovely home and quiet space. Perfect for big families.

Marketa's place is as described. Very close to the pool, which we used several times and centrally located to several activities and sites. She was also very responsive to any questions we had. We did utilize the A/C, which was well worth the additional cost and made the stay much more enjoyable. We would certainly stay there again.

This villa was perfect for our family visit. Everyone had plenty of space, we loved the view of the mountains from our lanai/s. Kitchen was well equipped and made cooking in easy. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs and coolers too! Would highly recommend. Close to everything!

Beautiful town home. Clean, very spacious and conveniently next to the pool and trash room. Michael also had a lot of beach equipment for use which was very convenient.

Amazing view, confirmed 100% same as what you see from pictures. We really love the balconies. It can be a bit hot during the afternoon, but the breeze can really help if the windows are opened. Kitchenware are more than you need to cook some decent meals. The only downside is it may not be that quiet place in the morning, but I personally find that not a huge issue. Also very close to the hideaway beach, very few people and amazing view, we went there twice.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit is very nice, and the AC worked very well. JT & Michelle were extremely communicative, even checking on uur stay throughout. The beds were very comfortable, and we are quite picky about that. The kitchen was outfitted with seemingly any appliances you could possibly want / need and the utensils were in great shape, especially compared to other places we have stayed. They also had a fantastic selection of gear to utilize in the garage for our beach excursions. The one and only thing that was not so great was the proximity to the road and the accompanying traffic noise, which of course is not something that the hosts can do anything about. Other than that it was a home away from home, and made for a very enjoyable experience 😊

Good north shore location! Easy check in and communication! House was very clean and organized. Only wish there was a TV to accommodate the smaller room in the front (good size for single person or child, bit small for a couple but still do able (: )

We loved Ryan’s house! It was spacious for the 5 of us, and wish we could have spent more time there but island adventures awaited us. Actually better than the photos. Ryan was great to work with, communicated in a timely manner. All the extra equipment was so clutch like beach chairs, umbrellas. Also had bikes and other water toys we didn’t get a chance to use. Princeville is stunning. Definitely would stay here again if I’m ever back on the island!

Our family of six had an amazing time at this Airbnb—it was the perfect home base for our first trip to Kauai. The place was spotless, had all the amenities we needed, and the beach access was incredibly easy. One of the biggest highlights was the fully stocked kitchen—possibly the best we’ve ever had in any Airbnb, which made family meals super convenient. The fans kept everything cool at night, and we felt right at home. We especially fell in love with the North Shore, and this location made it easy to explore all the beauty Kauai has to offer. The host was fantastic—helpful, kind, and welcoming. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Highly recommend! PS - Comes with beach chairs, beach toys, and memories to last a lifetime.

We had an amazing stay at this Princeville property. It is truly a beautiful space: well appointed, tons of room, top end appliances. Appreciated the gourmet kitchen and all the appliances one could want. Used the blenders to make passionfruit margaritas! But the absolute best was the beach gear supplied. We had a blast with the boogie boards and surf boards at Hanalei. Only regret was that we didn’t have time to make use of everything provided. Lisa was great and had great suggestions. Can only hope to make it back. One the the nicest properties we have stayed in anywhere.

We absolutely loved our stay! The Airbnb was clean, relaxing and the area was beautiful. Located on the north side of the island, it was more secluded which we loved. There were umbrellas, beach chairs, and snorkeling gear available to us to use. Karla was responsive and checked in with us. We will 100% be coming back!

We loved staying at Ryan & Ashley’s place. It felt like we were staying with family. We had all the amenities needed for our trip from cooking breakfast, making coffee, listening to music, and laundry (so glad they had washing machines). Everyone enjoyed the place and felt comfortable. They even gave us recommendations for food & shopping options which we appreciated. I traveled with adults and young adults and we have no complaints. This place was exactly what our family wanted for our 10 day vacation. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on different levels was perfect. The location is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. Maylene responded quickly to questions, checked in a few times, and provided a comprehensive list of things to do and places to go.

The bed was ridiculously comfortable. Best pillows, too. I loved the smart TV downstairs in the living room—Hula, Netflix, Max and more (have to have your own subscription). It was peaceful and the location was excellent. 8 min drive to all the restaurants in Hanalei. Other guests left things like sunscreen, cleanser and shaving cream, which I appreciated. Lisa provides laundry detergent, coolers and towels for beach days, comfortable blankets for sleeping and or watching TV, and filtered water. I’m selective when booking Airbnbs and this one did not disappoint. Highly recommended

Annie’s place is incredible! It was clean, cozy, peaceful and quiet and she was incredibly proactive with communication & recommendations! Would certainly stay here again!
