House vacation rentals in Princeville

Clean, small but perfect for me. Cute but no stove. Could use an air fryer. But it was great. I suggest keeping the bathroom door shut to avoid a humid draft. No complaints.

Our family of 6 felt right at home and we had all the space we needed. I loved the chairs, cooler, beach towels, snorkeling equipment, boogie board and bags to carry all our items to the beach. The van was fantastic and very comfortable for our family. Great value in staying here at this location. Our location was close to everything we went to see. Our host is very kind and thoughtful and provided eggs and macadamia nuts for our arrival. For a few dollars more he let us extend our check out because we flew out at 10pm. Excellent hospitality. We loved our stay and we loved the condo.

Such a lovely place to stay for a couple of days and unwind. The condo was well kept, clean, beautifully renovated, quiet and luxurious. The grounds were immaculate. Laura was such a wonderful and attentive co-host from the initial inquiry, to the booking, to arrival, through final checkout. We truly enjoyed our time in Princeville and Hanalei and are looking forward to our time back in the near future. Mahalo!

Don’t hesitate to book! This was such an ideal space to stay on the north shore. We loved so many things about this condo for our family of 6. Everything was in pristine condition and Alayna was so responsive and kind. We loved the door pad access instead of needing a key. The rinsing station by the front door was so helpful as well after coming in from the beach and towels to dry your feet. The view of the ocean is even better than the pictures make it look. We ate every meal on the lanei. The washer and dryer were such a plus! It is also a 60 second walk to an incredible look out with Adirondack chairs. The kitchen supplies were updated and coordinated and not a hodge podge mess like some rentals. The beds and linens were so comfortable and there were so many extra provisions we didn’t expect or realize were there. The AC worked fine and we only used it at night. We very much wanted another night or two on top of our 3 nights. Wishing we had split our trip to spend more time here!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location! Very peaceful neighborhood. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Not walkable to shops but the drive was short to a shopping center with groceries and restaurants. We did have a few bugs, lizards in the home which is expected for Hawaii! And little frogs liked to take a dip in the pool later in the day with us!

A slice of Paradise! A gem in the treasure trove of Princeville. We had everything we needed and wanted. It exceeded expectations & photos. The exercise equipment at the club house was well furnished. The whole complex area is extremely well maintained. Very pristine & private. Beautiful furniture inside and on lanai. Kitchen very well stocked and had laundry soap/dryer sheets available. Many extras…drip coffee maker, aluminum foil, cooking oil/spices, refrigerator with ice, use of beach chairs, towels, etc. Extremely clean & comfy! Laura- onsite contact was very helpful, kind, & communicative. If you want to experience the essence of Hawaii & Aloha… this is the place for you. We have been to Hawaii on 6 visits & this is by FAR the BEST place we’ve stayed in! Thank you so much Cynthia for sharing your gem with us! We definitely want to return to your slice of Paradise again! Words cannot convey our gratitude for the incredible experience & hospitality… Mahalo!

This property was perfect for our family of 7 adults. The views from the living area were beautiful - mountains in one direction and a distant view of the ocean in another direction. The pool and pool area were very nice. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, cookware, and utensils. The bedrooms were comfortable. We really appreciated all of the beach chairs, blankets, umbrellas, etc that were available for our use as well.

The house was a great rental in Princeville. The mountains are within view and ocean walkable. Appreciated the different spaces to hang out, awesome salt pool with pool gear accessible and all the amenities we needed for our stay. Walkable to Queens Bath and Hideaway Beach also the paths by the golf course. Would highly recommend this place for family of 10. Thanks for the great memories!!

The backyard views were beautiful! No horses visited but so many birds to watch and listen to. Super peaceful and it was obvious that this is a special place! We enjoyed watching the geckos on the outside of the glass shower come to catch moths each night haha. Love the proximity to beaches like Tunnels, Anini and more. If you want to get into Haena State park make reservations ahead of time. Wish we would have done that. Also note there isn’t great cell service. Overall we loved our stay!!

This house was absolutely amazing!! The house was very well stocked for all our needs. The kitchen had everything you needed, the shampoo and conditioner was amazing and plentiful ( even in the outside shower), the laundry soap was plentiful. They stocked the place so thoughtful for guests. We had everything we needed for our stay and more. The entire house wrap around deck is gorgeous. Perfect quiet location. Lots of outside protection from all the rain.

Incredible vacation thanks to the perfect home base. This home is comfortable and thoughtfully appointed, with little extras that really set it apart…all the beach toys you could want (cruiser bikes, surf boards and car roof carry system, boogie boards, snorkel gear, cooler, chairs). Our family of four didn’t need to rent a thing, which saved us money and hassle. The home is also stocked with bath products, paper products and everything a home cook will need or want. The location is terrific, with walking paths and beaches nearby, along with restaurants, a market and more. Our teens loved riding bikes to the beach on their own and grabbing gear right from the garage to add to the fun. Ian and Melissa are very good at what they do; they’re kind, responsive and thoughtful, taking care of every need. If you’re looking for a beautiful home-away-from-home, this is it. We’ll definitely be back.

My family of 6 stayed 5 nights at this beautiful property. The house sits secluded in its own grove of fruit trees, surrounded by a canal. It is also just a short few-min walk to Moloa’a Bay, which is never too crowded. The spacious house has everything you need to cook meals, or enjoy some downtime on the wrap-around porch. It also comes equipped with all of the necessities you would need for enjoying the beach- kayaks, surf boards, snorkels, towels, fishing rods, and more!

Wonderfully spacious and clean house in a quiet and well located neighborhood. The 2nd story main living area had amazing views, plentiful windows and fans for cooling. Hosts were responsive and delivered 2 new beach umbrellas once we discovered previous guests had removed them, we really appreciated not having to buy our own. The community pool was nearby and heated! Large kitchen was well appointed and WIFI was fast and easy to connect to. Overall a great homebase for our 3 families and we couldn’t have asked for more.

Great place and location Beautiful quiet neighborhood. All floors had a beautiful view. The host Jason was easy to communicate with. The house had everything you needed a home away from home you could say. Can’t wait to be back.

Beautiful, clean home. We were so happy to have beach supplies to meet all of our needs. Bring a sleep mask and ear plugs if you’re sensitive to light and noise. The area roosters want to wake you early and you’ll want to sleep with windows open to capture the cool breeze.

Such a lovely place. It’s 10 min drive from Hanalei Bay, and the host is super friendly and responsive as well. Had a small issue with the hot tub and Anastasia helped me solve it super fast.

Lovely well equipped large family home. Loved the beach extras and very well equipped kitchen with the cooking essentials like sugar, cooking spray, and some spices. In a lovely golf community within an hours drive if the airport. There were various beaches and hikes in the area. Only downfall was many of the tours we booked were an hours drive back to Lihue area. There was no direct beach access so had to drive but a couple nice beaches within 10 minutes, highly recommend Anini beach or Hanalei beach. We don't golf but the course looks lovely. The only thing missing is a pool!!

A very nice house. Maybe a little smaller than it appears in the photos, but the perfect size for our family of four (plus an infant). It's well laid out and the kitchen/dining/living room makes for easy socializing when preparing food. There is a great sloping lawn leading down from the back deck, which has a lovely view down the Kahlil River Canyon. Easy drive of just a few minutes to shopping and restaurants in Kilauea. Close to Hanalei and the Na Pali Coast, but far enough away to be quieter and more rural. The location is private and quiet although there is a little bit of road noise from cars heading down to the beach but that's over pretty much at nightfall. Very quiet during sleeping hours. Note 2: The entire North Shore closes down by 8:00pm. Plan on early dinners if you're eating out. We would happily stay here again if and when we return to Kauai. Recommended!

This was the perfect place for our vacation. Close to town and the beach. House had everything we needed and the yard was amazing for the kids to run and play in

Rainbow house is the perfect location. Walking distance to the most beautiful, family friendly beach. Walking distance to the coolest town on the island. House was set up perfectly for our family, beautiful views from the front porch and a great place to relax. We would definitely stay here again.

Carrie’s home is beautiful. It felt like a home that is loved and well taken care off. It was very clean, something extremely important to our family. We felt at home and enjoyed treating the property as our home for the duration of our stay. The second floor is especially bright and airy and a beautiful space to relax and unwind with your family after a long day out and about. We loved the host’s thoughtful attention to detail be it recommendations on beaches near by, places to eat, a well equipped kitchen, beach equipment like chairs and snorkeling gear. If there was a question that popped in our heads, it was most likely answered as part of the clear instructions provided to us even before arriving for our stay. Loved the clarity on house rules and the prompt communications with the owner. In summary, if you are looking for a clean, comfortable and serene stay in Princeville (Northern part of the island) you will love Carrie’s home.

Great place to stay. We enjoyed the ping pong, bikes, beach gear, etc. Great location with amazing beaches along the North shore of Kauai!

Our stay at Liuni's place was incredible! We rented a couple houses in the neighborhood for our group, and could not be happier with Luini's home and her and Tanya's support throughout our stay. Communication was amazing, the house was incredibly clean, amazing location, and had everything we needed. It's in the neighborhood of Queens Bath which is a must-see in Kauai and makes it SO easy because parking is not always accessible for that trail, but we could just walk to it! I highly recommend staying here. It is absolutely worth the price and was so nice to be able to sleep our group of 7. I am so grateful for this experience and Liuni and Tanya's kindness and flexibility with our group.
