"Terrazza Sveva" is a prestigious apartment located on the second floor of a nineteenth-century building without a lift. It features 150 square meters (1614 square feet) of total living space on two levels, with four bedrooms (three bedrooms have a double bed, one bedroom has two single beds). It stands out for its large terrace with a front-row view of Castle. Its location allows you to easily reach most of the monuments and attractions that the city offers. The Casa degli Orti is located inside the ancient Baglio di Borgopetra, built in the 1700s, lovingly restored and since then open to hospitality. Inside the property there are 3 other apartments of different sizes, all tastefully furnished with family furniture and souvenirs from around the world, arranged around the internal courtyard. The beach house is a 150-square-meter villa located on the sandy coast of eastern Sicily between Catania and Syracuse. The house is on three levels: on the ground floor there is a large living room with dining area, fireplace, kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and laundry; on the second floor 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The house overlooks a 60 sqm terrace equipped with a gas barbecue, umbrella, table, chairs, deck chairs, sofa and armchairs.
