I visited the falls and National Park in the afternoon so I wanted somewhere close to avoid a long drive late in the day. The house is close by and east to find. The surroundings are peaceful. There is a restaurant next door or a better experience for dinner a 10 min drive recommendation from Sasha. The bed was very comfortable and the room was perfect for a relaxing short stay.

A peaceful, nature-filled retreat—perfect for escaping the city. It feels like an extension of Plitvice Lakes National Park, with quiet surroundings and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy a scenic one-hour walk (one way) along the lake to Station 3. Depending on the direction, the trail passes through forest or lakeside—ask the host for tips. Grocery stores and restaurants are about 20 minutes away by car. Breakfast is available for €10 with bread, ham, cheese, eggs, and coffee or tea. There's also a coffee machine in the hallway for guests. The room is simple but clean and comfortable. Though the park seems close on the map, it takes about 40 minutes by car to reach Entrance 1 or 2. Still, it’s a good place for a relaxing, nature-filled stay.

Nina was a great host! She was very responsive, helpful and kind. The Edison Cabin was very close to Plitvice and made our journey very convenient! Peaceful location, the cabin was very clean and orderly. We had a great stay and I highly recommend this to anyone looking to see Plitvice!😁

This is a room in a small hotel. The host family is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. Plenty of parking, and only 10 minute drive from the park. Comfortable bed. WiFi is just okay if there are a number of users on the network. Breakfast is good and well priced for the area. Overall would recommend staying here.

We are grateful to the host Miloš, he gave us recommendations for some more places to visit. Everything was clean and tidy, private back terrace. We were surrounded by beautiful surroundings, we went on a tour of Plitvice Lakes through the forest (again we thank Miloš for the shortcut😉). As for breakfast, there is everything, both sweet and salty, so that everyone can find something for themselves. We are very satisfied with the price and quality. All recommendations🙂
