Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

"Lil´s Dahoam" - feel-good apartment in Zell am See

"My kingdom of heaven"- that's what I call my apartment. As you can see, I have chosen the furniture and materials with a lot of love. Not only the apartment, also the location is a dream - a few minutes walk to the center and the cable cars and yet in absolute tranquility, elevated over the rooftops of Zell am See with spectacular lake and mountain views. A true gem! In the house there is a small wellness oasis waiting, in front of the door a beautiful hiking trail... Request quickly:-)

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of: April 2025. Beautiful small apartment in the beautiful holiday area Zell am See in the middle of the mountains. 5 min walk to the public bathing area, 10 min drive to the center and ski lift. With ski cellar, balcony and on the ground floor. Shops, playground, hospital very close, the thermal spa and ski area Kaprun can be reached in 10 min drive.
