Monthly Rentals in Presqu'île du Cap Ferrat

We had a great stay in this quiet apartment with a very nice balcony, offering magnificent views of the gardens and villas around at the top of the hill. The apartment is located on the first floor of a small, recent, well-maintained building. It can be easily accessed on foot from Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Beaulieu-sur-Mer. The host is very responsive and very nice, we needed a large saucepan and extra blankets, we got them very quickly. The apartment is very clean and well appointed, perfect for a vacation stay!

I had a fantastic stay in this apartment, which is in a great location in Port Lympia and is an easy walk from a variety of restaurants and bars in this quarter of Nice. The apartment was clean and well looked after, and is quiet at all times of day. Great transport links to the centre of Nice and also to the airport as the tram stops almost outside the front door of the apartment. I can’t really think of any negatives, it is exactly as was described and as shown in the photos, and I was very happy with my stay here. I hope to come back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Julien’s. The location is great, within walking distance to restaurants and beaches. The apartment is furnished with quality stuff, from linens to hand soaps. Julien provides great recommendations from restaurants to places to visit. He also helped us to get a reliable transport to the airport. Thanks Julien for a great experience at Cap Ferrat!
