In period June-Aug, change over day is Saturday and for stays longer than 7 nights please send an inquiry. The owner of this house has an extremely large land with fields and vineyards, so you can walk, ride a bike or swim in the pool while enjoying an unforgettable view.

The apartment is located in a typical Istrian stone house renovated in 2018 and with 3000 square meters of garden and vineyards, convenient to reach labin center (500m). It has a room with comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, kitchenette, and large bathroom. The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. Outside there is a large patio, and barbecue area. Free private parking included.

In front of the house there is a large swimming pool 14.50 meters long and 65 m2 in size. The house has a 5500 m2 yard. The first beach is 10 km away, while the tourist center Rabac with beautiful beaches is 20 km away.
