Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Presidente Franco

All quiet, without any problem. Quiet neighborhood with a convenience store on the corner, very close. Cozy house with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The garage just isn't very big, I had to leave the car right up against the passenger side to have a corridor and access the house (a renegade) but it wasn't a problem, just an observation. Comfortable bed (king) very spacious, and good sized bathrooms. Fast internet.

I really liked Marlene's place, I really felt at home. Everything matches the listing… she has 2 orange cats, one of which is extremely affectionate, I had a great experience the days I stayed there. I recommend this accommodation option in Foz do Iguaçu to everyone.

Tania was proactive with communication and always responded quickly. She provided a recommendation for a driver which we were able to use for airport pickup/drop off, and our trips to the Falls. The driver also was great in helping us cross the Brazil border. During our stay a huge storm went through the town which unfortunately led to a wide spread powercut. This was not a normal storm. However Tania and her husband proactively arranged alternative accommodation at their own cost and were able to drive us there. I wholeheartedly recommend this home. There are also wonderful restaurants in the area.

What a fabulous find! We came for a science conference at a nearby convention center- we were 3 professors and students. Each room has its own bathroom (for one room the bathroom is in the hall- others are en-suite and all with showers). The kitchen had everything we needed, including an air-fryer. The outdoor bbq and large patio allowed us to host some other faculty and students for a lovely evening by the pool. Maria and Marcus were very fast at responding to inquiries in advance of our arrival and during our stay. I could not be more positive about the spacious and well equipped apartment- we had a most wonderful stay!! I would absolutely recommend this accommodation!!

Wonderful little home just on the edge of town backed up next to the National Park lands. Cynthia was very helpful and accommodating.

The house is accessible, has many kitchen utensils, the rooms were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quite quiet and safe.

We had a very nice time at Katia's! The house looks new, very organized and clean! In addition, the house guide explains in detail how to use each appliance. Unbeatable communication! Friendly, proactive and with very good recommendations! The location was excellent for us! Since it is in a quiet area, but a short drive from the Falls, the Three Borders Landmark, downtown, and Puerto Iguazú! We highly recommend this Airbnb!

We were delighted with the house! The place is simply beautiful, super clean, organized and very well equipped — all thought out with care to receive you in the best possible way. We loved every detail of the stay and will definitely be back! We felt at home from start to finish. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Carolina was easy to communicate to, and was often proactive. Her apartment is beautiful with wonderful restaurants and cafes nearby. It was very clean and one could tell that lot of thinking had gone into it while making it ready for guests. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return

Excellent accommodation in Ciudad del Este, it is located near some food establishments, and it also complies with everything defined in the listing. In addition, Richard agreed to leave the suitcases after check-out.

My husband and I had a great stay at Liz’s and Lira’s place! The apartment is very spacious, clean and has great amenities like a gym, pool and laundry area. Great location, 5 min walk to the bus stop that takes you to Iguazu Falls. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend!

The stay was perfect. Arriving at the apartment, I already felt at home, everything was very clean, fragrant and organized. New furniture and utensils, air conditioning in the bedrooms, wonderful shower. Everything was as advertised, in fact, it exceeded expectations. We went as a group of 5 and had a great time.

The apartment is on the corner of two double avenues, has a gas station across the street, which makes it easy to access and brings a sense of security to get in and out even at night, as it is well lit. Great beds, new and well-kept furniture, garage in front of the building entrance, Apartment right next to the entrance. The air conditioning in the suite makes a little noise, but nothing exaggerated. I'd go back....

We had a great experience during our 7 days in Foz do Iguaçu! The apartment is excellent — very comfortable, well-equipped and exactly as described in the photos. The location is also great, with easy access to the city's main tourist attractions and shops. We want to highlight Marcia, who was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. Always available to help us with any questions or needs. We recommend for sure and look forward to coming back soon!

We went with my 3 children, the truth is that the accommodation is beautiful, super comfortable, beautiful view, the pool is very nice and quiet. On the corner there is a 24-hour market that makes it much easier when you forget to buy something, there is also a pharmacy on the corner and you can see that it is a quiet neighborhood. When I go back to Foz, I'll definitely stay here again.
