Zum wunderschönen Strand und zur Seebrücke sind es 600 Meter. Diese Ferienwohnung ist 2020 fertiggestellt worden und mit allem Komfort für einen angenehmen Urlaub ausgestattet. We are located in a single-family housing estate in the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

You will stay in a beautiful, country-style captain's house in Wieck/Darß. Under a thatched roof, the apartment with an area of approximately 65 square meters offers two bedrooms with double bed or double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as an open living area with kitchen and dining area. Relax on your sun terrace or start to Mecklenburg – Western Pomerania's most popular attractions. The historic old town of Stralsund (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is about 10 km away. In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sandy beaches.

The duplex apartment is located in a historic pilot house in a small port town near Stralsund. It is only a few meters walk to the water. Suitable for max. 2 adults and one child. On the ground floor is the kitchen with a small dining area and an exit to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with a bath and sauna. In the upper part is the living-bedroom with a wooden beamed ceiling, a double bed and a sofa bed ( about 80x190cm).
