Zum wunderschönen Strand und zur Seebrücke sind es 600 Meter. Diese Ferienwohnung ist 2020 fertiggestellt worden und mit allem Komfort für einen angenehmen Urlaub ausgestattet. Fußbodenheizung in allen Räumen, moderne neue Küche mit Kochinsel, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd, Kaffeemaschine uvm.

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and a large balcony. The well-equipped kitchen unit with modern appliances (including induction cooktop, convection oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine) is noteworthy. Also available are kitchen scales, grater, salad spinner, garlic press. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area (160 × 200). A large flat-screen TV is also available. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett eingerichtet. Im Wohnraum steht Ihnen ein drittes Bett zur Verfügung. Bad mit WC und Dusche. Die Ferienwohnung ist für zwei bis drei Gäste ausgelegt. Der zur Wohnung gehörende PKW Stellplatz liegt direkt am Haus und steht Ihnen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

The apartment "MeerTied" is located in an annex on a spacious, private garden property with a pond. Relax on your sun terrace or head to Mecklenburg – Vorpommern's most popular attractions. The historic old town of Stralsund (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is about 10 km away. In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sandy beaches.
