The location of the house is convincing with its fantastic view of Bodden and the adjacent small harbor. But the generous amenities with fireplace and sauna are also impressive. Vacation homes on the Baltic Sea are by no means only interesting in the warm season. "an de waterkant" proves that there are also enough reasons to take a break in the off-season

Cozy vacation home with large garden

The quietly located, cozy cottage with very large garden is thatched and is located just 10 minutes by bike from the beach. It offers a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful living and dining room on the ground floor and the sleeping area on the 1st floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. Besides there are 2 terraces that adjoin the elongated garden. A supermarket, bakery etc. are also only 10 minutes away, opposite there is a horse riding facility.

Our apartment (36 square meters) is suitable for a cozy Baltic Sea vacation, ideal for 2 people. A large balcony with an awning invites you to linger outside. Guest parking is available on the premises. Storage facilities for bicycles are also provided. The windows of the living room and bedroom are equipped with shutters and insect screens. No pets allowed in the apartment. In the high season, we usually only rent by the week.

On the ground floor there is the spacious living area with open fully equipped kitchen and conservatory. Here you can also access the spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs is the large bedroom with additional small toilet. The spacious balcony with its almost unique view over the Bodden invites you to relax.
