The apartment or holiday house, which we named "BEe in foREST", is located at the end of the village of Klenik near Pivka on the outskirts of Natura 2000, in the lap of nature, with which we are closely connected. It is made of mostly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and adapted for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb the wooden staircase to the attic, which, in addition to the bedroom with a balcony and a view of the meadows, also offers a sauna and a bathtub for additional relaxation.

The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. The building consists of a bedroom, bathroom and living room with kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and cooker. In front of the entrance there is a terrace with a beautiful view of Oprtalj, forests and vineyards. Parking is provided within the apartment. The nearest beach is 22 km away. There is a shop, a café and a tavern in Oprtalj. There are several agritourisms nearby.

The youthful Roof Apartment is one of two appartments in Kižin Hose. It is located in the attic in the second flore of the house and is equipped with pallet furniture. There is one bedroom, a kitchenette, a living room with a dining room and a bathroom with a shower. Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.

It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gažon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.

It is a 20 sqm apartment consisting of a small double bedroom, bathroom and living area with sofa bed. The home is very special, with furniture designed to make all spaces useful. Nearby is a coin-operated laundry, a pastry shop, two supermarkets and a pharmacy. The city center is easily accessible on foot or by bus.

Countryside stone house

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded.
