Comfortable studio on the ground floor of a nice chalet, conveniently located, close to the center of Sallanches (10 min walk, 3 min bike), in a small quiet subdivision, at the end of a cul-de-sac. Lake Passy is 10 minutes by bike, the first ski resort 20 minutes by car (Combloux), Chamonix 30 minutes. The studio has a small but basic equipped kitchenette, a separate entrance, a desk to work and a bathroom, as well as a beautiful view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille de Warens!

Our small Studio is comfortable for 2 people, bright thanks to its south-facing balcony facing the ski slopes and ideally located at the level of shops and transport The equipped kitchen is great for easy cooking. You will be comfortably seated on the sofa to have an aperitif. For your bed, you are free to choose to sleep in 2 single beds or to bring them together to make a double bed. Bed linen and towels are not provided.

We welcome you to a 45 m2 apartment for 4 people. It consists of a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a mezzanine with a 160 x 200 bed. Bedding and towels are included in your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso, microwave, oven, fridge as well as kitchen essentials (raclette, crêpe and fondue machine). Separate toilet and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi/TV access.

New studio from 2017. It is equipped with a large kitchen, a small bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with toilet. You can also enjoy the terrace with plancha, deckchair... Rental with linens (duvets, pillows, duvet cover and towels) the studio is located in the center of the resort, close to the ski bus stop and shops. we don't accept our animal friends.
