Rated 2 stars in furnished tourism, I offer my little 26 m2 paradise facing Mont Blanc, warm and equipped for 1 to 4 people located on the 1st floor of a chalet with balcony that will offer you a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. 5 minutes from the ski slopes in winter (free shuttle in the residence) and heated pool in summer right in front of the chalet (open from July 1 to September 1). Village/Shops 8 km away, thermal baths and SNCF train station in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains 11 km away.

Quiet residence, very small studio 20 m², SE exposure close to all shops, 600 m from the ski lifts, ski bus shuttle 30 m away. Accommodating 2 people, this Savoyard-style studio is fully equipped. American kitchen, washing machine, flat screen, sofa bed 140/190, dressing room, bathroom, toilet and 5 m² balcony with view of Aiguille du Midi in clear weather. Lake, recreation center, children's park 100 m away. If you want to bring your bed linen and towels I'll give you a small discount.

In a quiet residence, small 30 m2 apartment, south-east facing and close to all shops, 300 m from the ski lifts and the leisure center with swimming lake + children's park. Accommodating 4 people, this apartment is fully equipped. Open-plan kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen, Nespresso, oven and microwave. Separate bedroom with 130 x 190 bed, dressing room, toilet, bathroom, terrace with large awning, garden with river view. 140 x 200 sofa bed in the living room.

I'm next door and I use the studio as an off-season office. I provide everything as in a hotel, towels, linens. The location is perfect. You can get everywhere on foot: trails in all directions, 5 minutes from the center and 15 minutes from the supermarket. The south-facing garden is perfect for relaxing evenings after exercise. By car, easy access by the very clear national road to Megève (10 minutes), Sallanches (20 minutes) or Chamonix (35 minutes) and private parking.

Ideally located at the foot of the slopes and lifts. Access to the Espace Diamant (Praz Flumet Notre Dame and Les Saisies). Many km of slopes are at your disposal. Val d'Arly is ideal for beginners. Free access at the bottom of the slopes for beginners and a very nice sledding track for the little ones. Downtown and amenities 5 min walk, 5 min from Megève by car and 45 min from Chamonix Mont Blanc. Senseo, fondue and raclette sets and table barbecue available.

Our small Studio is comfortable for 2 people, bright thanks to its south-facing balcony facing the ski slopes and ideally located in terms of shops and transport. The equipped kitchen is nice for a cook easily . You will be comfortably installed on the sofa for an aperitif. For your sleeping arrangements, it's up to you to choose to sleep in 2 single beds or bring them together to make a double bed. bed and bath linen are not provided.

Praz sur Arly center apartment, diamond space

This 50 m2 accommodation located on the raised ground floor, consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with a bunk bed. In the kitchen you will find a microwave, electric coffee maker, ceramic hobs. The bathroom has a shower, and the living room has a sofa. On the balcony overlooking the slopes of Praz-sur-Arly, you have a small table and two stools. The accommodation is close to all shops and the center. NO WIFI.

The Lavouet Cottage

On the heights, 5 minutes from the city center, come and recharge your batteries in this unique and soothing setting. This return to basics promises you rest and relaxation. Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.
