Kiss me over the Garden gate is an heirloom cottage flower. And like many of the plants of this arid landscape, our garden and the apartment itself emphasizes efficiency and minimalism with a dash of whimsy and charm. The apartment is located in the original footprint of my house which was built in 1905. I live in the newer addition adjacent to the apartment. One wall separates the old from the new. Outside in the yard guests will find years of gardening experiments...not all fruitful.

One bedroom apartment attached to what once was a historic log bar now an art gallery and frame shop. This business is quiet and is closed at 4:00 every day. The apartment is spacious, about 500 sq ft with sliding door opening to a large deck with table and chairs, propane BBQ, and views of mountains. Lounge chairs are available in the warmer months. It is an ideal location, so close to Chico Hot Springs, 4-5 restaurants and bars, fishing, hiking and the quaint western town of Livingston!

The cabin sits next to our main home & small homestead. We often provide fresh eggs from the chickens & seasonal goods from the garden. Off grid/dry cabin - camping cabin, no electricity, no running water, wood stove, folding double cot and single cots for beds. Cabin is located in a meadow next to a stream and surrounded by public land. Bathroom is an outhouse with compost/bucket toilet. Come prepared with your own bedding,lighting, and cookware/eating utensils. Cabin was originally built at the north entrance to Yellowstone in the 1930s and moved to its current location/refurbished recently.
