Casa Irene

Casa Irene is a delightful Tuscan-style apartment, located on the second and top floor of a building just a 5-minute walk from the center, 50 meters to Porta San Matteo and another 50 meters to Via Francigena. Given the secluded location, it is easily reached by car to park in the immediate free parking. The apartment equipped with WiFi and air conditioning is divided into an open space living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower and a large terrace overlooking the walls of San Gimignano

Collina Power

Collina is an ancient stone farmhouse, the house is surrounded by fields and olive groves. It has a large garden with swimming pool and a terrace where you can have pleasant lunches and dinners. A barbecue and garden furniture are available. The road to get to the house in the last stretch is not paved and is therefore not suitable for sports cars or particularly low ones. The route lends itself to pleasant walks during the day, while at night we recommend using a car because it is not lit.

In the historic center (200m from the main square), it is equipped with: kitchen space; living room with double sofa bed (200x160, Memory mattress) and armchair bed; bathroom with shower. Naturally cool room thanks to the large walls of the historic building in which it is located, on the ground floor, with independent entrance. Right in front of the archaeological site of "Vallebuona", where the Roman stately residences once stood, is "La Domus di Marta", a comfortable and quiet apartment with an independent entrance, recently renovated in respect and conservation of some of the original elements. Each view is panoramic, the large private terrace overlooks the beautiful archaeological complex of the Roman theater and the Volterra baths.

La Lecciatina (2 people/ 60 m²) is a cozy apartment divided into two levels. On the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa. Outside the arched front door, there is a table for outdoor dining and enjoying the proximity to nature. A narrow staircase leads to the bedroom with a double bed and a door leading to the back of the house. In the bathroom there is a toilet and a shower.

My place, inside the Villa Marmini farmhouse, is near the center of the city of Volterra and is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and furry friends (pets). Il Granaio is a large studio apartment with brick vaults and stone walls, formerly used as a shelter for wheat, furnished with typical subjects and colors of the Tuscan landscapes in June.
