The cottage is charming, it has everything you need, kitchen utensils, sheets, towels, among others. It is in a great location, close to supermarkets, shops in general. With great beaches nearby, such as Bacutia, Peracanga, which are super quiet and family-friendly. (There are many others also within easy reach by car or even on foot). The condominium is very beautiful and has several leisure options. All very organized and clean. Bruno was always attentive and proactive, he answered us quickly… he gave us all the necessary coordinates to the location. We loved it, too bad we stayed 7 days and only enjoyed two days of sunshine. It rained a lot and the weather didn't help us much at the time we went. However, we highly recommend it. We'll be back for sure!

The apartment was as described in the listing, well located, comfortable and functional. Hostess Rosiani was polite and attentive, which made us very comfortable during the stay. As a suggestion for improvement, just pay more attention to cleanliness, especially in kitchen items, which were quite dirty. Nothing that detracted from the experience, which was great overall. We recommended and would come back for sure!

Alexandra at all times was very helpful to me, it helped me a lot about schedules. i think the AP is in the best location there, where there is everything at the door, just down that has several restaurants and even the carts of the people who sell. super hot and strong shower, comfortable bed, quiet fan, and kitchen with everything you need with nothing missing in it. The apartment has a good isolation where you don't hear practically anything on the street, not even from the side apartments. In my stay the building ended the water and Alexandra gave all support, being very helpful. finally, a wonderful apartment, where I would go back a thousand times and if I were to put an observation it would just be the parking lot that is kind of chatty to get in, a little confusing, but nothing that hinders your experience. only thank you, as I had an amazing trip. I rented the house to a group of 23 people, a band that performed at my wedding. I didn't even stay at the place, but the communication, for closing the rent and etc, was easy and resolute. They made themselves available to cook for the guests and received them very well. The feedback from the group was among the best, they felt at home and welcomed. I highly recommend it for those who need a cozy home with easy communication. Not to mention that the region is beautiful too!! I wish this super receptive family success.

Our stay at Apê do Vitor exceeded expectations! Spacious, convenient and comfortable, perfectly accommodated 12 adults and one child. The location is excellent: in the calmer part of Praia do Morro, ideal for rest, but with easy access to bakeries, restaurants and shops. Vitor was attentive from start to finish, always helpful and ready to help, even after the trip, asking what the experience was like. The apê is well cared for, cleaned and had everything we needed. Everyone in the group was very pleased. We will indicate whenever possible and when I return to Guarapari, I already know where to stay!

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

Beautiful apartment! Well located, spacious and well furnished! It has everything a family, or two in my case, needs. Well-assembled kitchen, new and comfortable mattresses. Both Juliano and Jaqueline were very helpful. The only reservation is the building's elevator. It underwent maintenance on 07/09/24 and during the period we were there, from 07/15 to 07/25/24 it stopped working 04 times, one of them with me inside and another time when we arrived from the beach and we had to climb the six floors of stairs with the beach materials. But I emphasize again, the apartment is very good! We loved it!

The apartment is exactly like the one described in the ad, kitchen super complete. Communication with the hostess is super fast, she always responds quickly and very attentive.
