Vacation rentals with a patio in State of Espírito Santo

Our stay at this apartment was great! The space was spacious, decorated with a lot of style for a perfect vacation. The location is privileged, with easy access to supermarkets, pharmacy, laundry and others. In addition, the cleanliness and organization of the apartment were impeccable. I highly recommend it for those looking for comfort and practicality during their vacation! And the pool and hot tub are a show in themselves.

The stay was just amazing. The apartment is very well located, it has everything nearby from laundry, to restaurants, bakeries and market, it is a block from the Itaparica beachfront, the location is perfect. The apartment is extremely beautiful, very cozy, has everything we need, in addition to being super clean and structured. The host is very kind, she sends a PDF with directions to everything around and how the building rules work. I intend to come back more often!!!

Communication with Soelda was clear and friendly from the first moment. The apartment fulfills its functions well and everything matches the description. The location is close to interesting points of the city and it is possible to do several tasks on foot. I especially mention the kindness and proactivity of the condominium staff. I recommend it!

This was the first time I've stayed in a container, and I found the experience wonderful. Although it is compact, it is very cozy. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, you can see the sea and the lagoon. The yard is large, all walled, my dog had a lot of fun with so much space. Super recommend!!!

The stay was great. Ideal place to "disconnect" and relax. The house was super clean and with still new utensils and fragrant linens. All is done with great affection. The cottage is beautiful, everything is very new and organized, good location and great view. It exceeded our expectations!

Veronica's apartment is exactly like the pictures. All very clean and organized. The location is excellent, with many nearby shops, in addition to being about 100m from the beachfront. The suite and the living room has a direct view of the sea, which makes the site even more elegant. Verônica was also super solicitous throughout the accommodation, sending several tips also from the city and the gastronomy. It's well worth it! Thank you Veronica. If we return one day to Vila Velha, our first option will be your apartment!

The only bad thing was the time to say goodbye. Three days go by too quickly, apartment exactly as advertised, Lorraine very attentive to me and Graciete, a wonderful person.

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.
