The experience was satisfying! Excellent location, very close to the beach, restaurant, bakery and shops in general. Furniture and utensils in perfect condition, Karla and her mother were always very cordial, they provided us with all the assistance. I recommend the rental and will rent whenever we have the opportunity.

The house is simply amazing! Very large, comfortable and cozy — we felt at home from the first moment. We were super welcome, with attention and affection, which has already started the stay on the right foot. The lighting of the house is wonderful, it is well airy, with plenty of room in the rooms, which made all the difference for everyone to rest well. And the pool... what a spectacle! Large, clean and perfect to enjoy the day with the crowd. It was a wonderful experience, with no negative points. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

The accommodation was peaceful. Bakery, restaurants, distributors, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. Well ventilated and safe house.

We loved our stay, Nara welcomed us very well. The house has a structure to make everyone comfortable, including children. We were greeted with a delicious chocolate cake and a personalized welcome sign. All rooms are clean with bed and bath linens, clean and new. Large, comfortable bathrooms with a hygienic shower and good showers. Full kitchen, super clean with shining pots and cold mineral water. Well-structured and equipped outdoor barbecue area. Children's Toys. Comfortable living room with internet and cable TV. Soap, toilet paper, detergent, new clothesline ropes… Everything available that made all the difference. We were offered the rental of chairs and beach equipment, which made our tours much easier. Our stay was very good and comfortable, the hosts welcomed us extremely well, even worrying about our return home. If we return to Guarapari, we will stay there again.

What a delight of home!! Without a doubt the best I've ever stayed in Guarapari! Close to everything, do everything on foot, the beach is on the street below and at the best spots! Definitely a great location!! The house is just like the photos, the bathrooms and large rooms, it has everything you need in utensils, air-conditioning in all rooms and living room, and not to mention the charm of the pool!! Pollyana is a super nice person and her mother Doris who welcomed us too!! We will definitely be coming back!!

We had an amazing experience during our stay! The house is simply wonderful, with an impeccable and super cozy structure, ideal for those looking for comfort and tranquility. The space is well equipped sensational pool and an incredible view of the lagoon with the sea to the bottom, providing a welcoming atmosphere to relax and enjoy every moment. The receptivity of the housekeeper was excellent, always attentive to our needs and ready to help with what was needed, which made all the difference. Our stay at Bárbara's apartment in Guarapari was simply perfect! We were welcomed by an extremely clean and organized space. Of all the Airbnbs that we have ever stayed, this was undoubtedly the most impeccable. Bed linen smelled like cleanliness and all the details were thought out with great affection.  The location is excellent, a few steps from the beach and close to everything we needed: bakery, restaurants, markets and shops. We left the car in the garage and did everything on foot. Communication with Bárbara was always fast and efficient. She was super attentive and helpful, answering all our questions. We did not have any problems during the stay, only moments of joy and relaxation. We strongly recommend Bárbara's apartment for those looking for an impeccably clean, well-located place with a host who cares about the well-being of guests. We will definitely return!

We had a small mishap at check-in time, but nothing to hinder our stay. The apartment is great, spacious and well ventilated and is located only 1 block to the beach. We like it so much that we recommend to acquaintances. The Sandra that received us was very friendly and very receptive. The porters Mr. Marcelo and Aldair always very friendly and willing to help.
