Quinta das Marias, quiet and well located

The apartment is independent of the house and its use is private. These are new and practical facilities, designed and decorated by an architect, with the necessary items for days of tranquility. We are well located and it is a short walk to the beaches and the historic center. It is a few meters to the Fort by the street that gives access to Pontal beach. Walking through the historic center and discovering its restaurants and shops is always a pleasure. It is a safe residential neighborhood with service facilities.

Eco-friendly bamboo and clay house, simple but charming. Close to the beach, paved street and easy access, backyard and shared garage. We live in the front house and the bamboo house is in the back. Bedroom/living room, bathroom, pantry, kitchen. The residence, perfect for a couple, is on the first floor of a historic townhouse, on the city's main street and block. The house was recently renovated by the couple themselves, based on respect for its history, the imperfections of an ancestral handmade construction, associated with contemporary and comfortable living.

Relax in this unique and cozy place. We are 400 meters from Jabaquara Beach and 1,700 meters from the historic center. Share this tropical paradise with us. We are surrounded by nature, birds and sometimes we receive visits from wild animals. My husband and I live in the front house and the 2 studios are in the back. We are available for any requests and are far enough away to maintain your privacy. In the neighborhood, there is a market/bakery, bars and restaurants.

The suite and the amenities mentioned, except for the garage, are located, in a totally independent manner, in the back of my family's house, where I, my wife and daughter live.
