Apartment vacation rentals in Paraty

The flat met our expectations. The facade of the house is very beautiful, well in the style of Paraty. The large and comfortable room. The location facilitated our displacement, being 10 min from the historical center. Also, we received several legal tips from the hostess and some of her family members who were in the flat next door, all very welcoming and friendly!

The place is exactly like in the pictures! It is located between Cunha-SP and Paraty-RJ and we took the opportunity to visit both places. Despite the rain, we enjoyed it a lot, we'll be back soon!

The space is large, comfortable and well equipped, ideal for those seeking practicality. The location is good, relatively close to the center, but it is necessary to take a walk there. A point of attention for those who prioritize privacy: the house faces the street, with movement of people and cars, and one of the rooms gives direct access to the passageway to a house in the back, which makes the curtains always need to be closed. The water pressure of the shower is excellent, which was a differential. In addition, the staff were super attentive and helpful throughout the stay, and were extremely flexible regarding check-in, which helped me a lot. Overall, it offers a great value for money.

What a lovely place, everything very clean and organized, the apartment had everything, we didn't even need to go to a restaurant, not to mention that the host is sensational, Mrs. Annete is polite and very friendly, we loved meeting her, I recommend it and we will return to this apartment again

It was incredible days we spent staying with Bruna and Family. Bruna's mother, her father (Mr. Gabriel) and the whole family are wonderful people, welcomed us like family. Super recommend and I hope to return, the chalet is very well organized, very clean. The waterfall behind the site is wonderful to cool off!

The stay was great from beginning to end. Location exactly as shown in the photos, with cutlery, utensils, essential appliances available for use, fan, air conditioning, induction stove. Everything you might need at hand. I even asked the host if he had a barbecue to lend me, and he was willing to lend it to me immediately and bought a barbecue. 😳 I was very happy with the treatment, the shower in the house is wonderful, I felt like living in that shower lol Super comfortable bed, exactly what I was looking for! I highly recommend it! The hosts are super helpful, ready to answer any questions, I felt right at home. The house, as the advertisement says, is around 21 minutes from the historic center of Paraty, the entrance to the neighborhood is dirt, but nothing that gets in the way. I hope to come back again, thank you very much!

The place is exactly like the advertised. The neighborhood is simple, but before we confirmed the reservation, Bianca made a point of reinforcing this point. It is close to the historic city (15 minutes walking very quiet) and nearby there is a market, pharmacy and several neighborhood shops. The only downside is the mosquitoes, so bring your insecticide. Excellent cost benefit.

My two-day stay in Paraty was wonderful, and the accommodation contributed a lot to it! The place is exactly like in the pictures, clean, cozy and very well located. Wonderful apartment, everything perfect, brand new as advertised... Markets and restaurant close to the place... only the deck upstairs was under maintenance, but you could use the pool normally... Samantha always responded quickly... we thank you and will be back soon

The apartment is consistent with the photos, the view from the balcony is beautiful, having breakfast there is delicious. The space was clean, organized, the bed is super comfortable. Thiago was very helpful, polite and always responded quickly. The only addendum is the air conditioning, which is a little noisy because it's older, but it cools well. The common area of the hotel is a charm apart, the staff are polite, the pool is even more beautiful in person, it yields beautiful photos. I was in the car the entire time I was there and had no problems parking or registering it. You can also walk to the mall next door (Piratas) or other places of interest. I highly recommend the place of Thiago.
