Sleeps 3 people (double bed + single bed), with a 43” smart TV, fans, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or families, whether for leisure or business. Safe space on the top floor (accessed via stairs). Close to Av. Otávio Gama for beautiful walks. Note: There is no garage, but the location is convenient.

Quinta das Marias, cozy

Access by paved and lighted street; the balcony and bathroom have panoramic views of the beach, mountains and forest. Street access is unique, but access to the apartment is independent, with its own keys. It is 400 meters to the Historic Center and beaches, I always recommend walking, the streets are safe and it is close to everything. New facilities, decorated by an architect; each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, balcony and pantry with MO, minibar and the necessary items for breakfast or snack. Parking for two medium-sized cars.

Large apartment with 1 suite, in a quiet condominium, Italian Colonial style. Privileged location in the best neighborhood of the city, in front of the Perequê river bike path, 300 meters from the Historic Center. Beautiful green area with lake and ornamental fish. Internal parking space for 1 car. Large and well furnished room and room. Bathroom with box Blindex. Equipped kitchen. Split air-conditioning in the suite. Ground floor apartment with balcony, complete and cozy. Air conditioning and TV in the living room and bedrooms. Wifi Kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, toaster, exhaust fan, coffee maker and blender. Bedrooms with double bed, closet with hangers, iron, bed and bath linens. We are 700 meters from the Paraty interchange, a few minutes from the Historic Center and on the route to the best waterfalls and beaches in the region

Lovely loft in Paraty

Enjoy an experience in this super cozy and well-located place. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Historic Center, along the main street of Paraty. The place is super charming and very well equipped, with a well-assembled kitchen, articulated projection screen, romantic lighting set and the countertop with built-in lighting. The apartment is on the second floor of a small building, just 1 flight of stairs, but a few steps from the urban center of Paraty and 500m from the historic center.

A well-lit sleeping area features a spacious queen bed with light linens. Walls showcase local art and decorative elements, while a hammock hangs nearby. Large windows provide a view of the surroundings, enhancing the tranquil ambiance of the room.
