It was a trip that we decided on short notice, but even in the running Carlos was very requested, resolved everything quickly, in less than 3 hours from the time of booking the apartment was already beautiful, clean and available to us. It was a finding that pleased a lot, we were left with 4 people plus one baby, however,despite the limited space the apartment is very functional and we were very well adapted. Our baby has enjoyed many of the toys and the available space. The view is beautiful. We drove by car and the location was very favorable for walking around Santos. Surely we are back!

We were made to feel very welcome, the hosts are very polite and helpful. The accommodation is better than it looks in the pictures, all new, rustic and very beautiful. Beds are comfortable and the house is quite spacious. I went with my family and felt at home. I recommend it to everyone.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

We spent wonderful days at the house of Enio, in Guarujá! The house is complete, extremely comfortable, with a delicious outdoor area, excellent pool and everything very safe. We loved the place, cozy, clean and organized apartment... the condominium is beautiful, super quiet and safe... right in front of the beach... if I had another opportunity I would come back here again. Pedro was very cool.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, next to Enseada beach, with a 24-hour supermarket 5 minutes from the property. It has surveillance cameras, an electric fence and those guards who pass by on the street, we feel quite safe. About the space of the house, the photos do not do justice to the size of the space, in practice it is much better, the pool is huge, large yard, there is space in the back and the utensils in the kitchen are complete, we managed to barbecue and cook just by bringing the ingredients. There is also a sandwich maker. The house is clean, check-in and check-out without any problems and the owner responded promptly, whenever we needed to. Some improvement points that can be made are the faucets in the outdoor area that were leaking, but it didn't affect our experience, it would be at a lower cost to the owner. If you, like me, also see the reviews before choosing a property, go without fear, it's worth the price we paid, we were very happy there and I will definitely be back soon

Simply perfect! The apartment is impeccable — extremely clean, well decorated and everything working perfectly. The facilities are great, with a well-equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed and air-conditioned environments. But the highlight, without a doubt, is the breathtaking ocean view!
