The building is very old, but the apartment is new and modern. Everything is well arranged, well indicated for a very peaceful stay. All the information you need is indicated by labels throughout the apartment. It also has all the instructions the host sends before check-in. The stay was very peaceful and without hassle. It had been a long time since I was going to Guarujá, it was my husband my children and my nephews, the beach is very close we do not need to use the car for nothing at night we went downtown on foot. The building is very quiet and the porters are very polite, it was a very quiet stay, I highly recommend and I will definitely be back. To close Vânia is very attentive and answered my questions quickly.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!

This was the second time my family and I stayed at Edson's apartment, and we'll be back many times, for sure. The location is very good, close to hypermarkets, pharmacies, convenience stores. For those who go by bus, the bus station is less than a 5-minute drive away. The host always responds very quickly and politely. A score of 1,000!

Friendly building staff, parking on the street was super easy, with nearby shops that make it safer to leave the vehicle in front of the building. Next to the VLT, with a fair on Saturday mornings 500 meters away, you can walk and get to know the neighborhood. Anyway, it was a great stay. Super recommend!!!
