Apartment exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The apartment is small, but very well distributed, renovated and comfortably accommodates 3 to 4 people. Clean, organized environments with a beautiful view of the beach. The host responds quickly to messages and gives all the necessary guidance for a great stay. I recommend it.

It was a trip that we decided on short notice, but even in the running Carlos was very requested, resolved everything quickly, in less than 3 hours from the time of booking the apartment was already beautiful, clean and available to us. It was a finding that pleased a lot, we were left with 4 people plus one baby, however,despite the limited space the apartment is very functional and we were very well adapted. Our baby has enjoyed many of the toys and the available space. The view is beautiful. We drove by car and the location was very favorable for walking around Santos. Surely we are back!

Paulo is an excellent Host, very kind and friendly, made us feel super comfortable and we felt right at home! The amazing house, like the photos, perfect for leisure, even rainy days, has everything you need. For those who like to cook, the most complete kitchen I have ever seen, all possible utensils, even large professional pot for pasta. Everything impeccable, clean and organized. For walking or driving to Pernambuco, which is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches on the coast. The forest next to it is bélissima, adds a breath-taking view. Certainly the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. The quiet and safe condo has everything close by, be it supermarket or restaurants. Had enough ventilators in the room to make it pleasant in a warmth of 29th to 30th. I want to go back for sure !

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

Very well located apartment, sensational view, everything is new and well maintained. When you enter the apartment you already feel something very good and think: the stay will be great. And it really was. Da.Suelly and Mrs. Vanessa were always present and proactive. I will definitely come back more often. As a suggestion, if possible: increase the size of the bed. The apartment matches the description very well. There's a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... The view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close by
