Close to Brisamar shopping mall, Extra Supermarket on Avenida Presidente Wilson and Biquinha, close to the famous Gaudio Restaurant, bars, bakeries, pharmacies, banks and kiosks, all within easy walking distance. The building has a 24-hour concierge, in a great location and is safe. IT DOES NOT HAVE A GARAGE, but we have a partnership with a nearby parking lot that provides a discount for our guests.

My office is on the beach!

Look out the window and see the sea!!! Close to wonderful places on the border of Santos and São Vicente, such as: skydiving, orchidarium, submarine outfall, and of course, the beach... (there are 2 beach chairs and a cooler that we leave in the apartment). You can try out the restaurants or cook right here, just like at home... We leave kitchen utensils and basic items so you can make a delicious homemade meal!
