Extremely tidy, clean, cozy and comfortable house!

Gustavo from the first contact was extremely cordial and flexible to always give suggestions that would facilitate and meet our schedule and accommodation needs. All questions were clarified quickly and promptly. The house very comfortable and with a lot to offer! For sure we already have a point for the times we go down to the downtown! Anxious for new memories in Gustavo's yellow house.

I liked it a lot, I thought the location was very good, the beach of the cove and that of Pitangueiras are very close, a little less than 4km taking less than 10 min by motorcycle, without the need to take the highway or dangerous roads, Assaí atacadista is close and there are many options in the center. The house is very cozy and nothing was missing, I will definitely come back again, nothing to complain about! Good luck to you.

I highly recommend it, cozy apartment, organized, a quiet place, you don't even need to take the car out of the garage, everything is close, many nice places around. Mr. Mario and the building staff are all super nice and polite. We will definitely come back more often.

Although my reservation was made at the last minute and late at night, Fernanda attended to me promptly and made the check-in flexible according to my needs. Apartment on the sand, spacious and comfortable. Very kind and helpful concierge. It would definitely return.

The flat is identical to the photos and is extremely clean. As soon as we walked in, we could smell the cleanliness and the place was totally cozy. The view is incredible, and the beach is across the street, just cross. Wander is very attentive, helpful and responds very quickly. In addition to providing bed linen, which makes it much easier to pack. We will definitely return!

I really liked the apartment, clean, everything prepared with great affection, even with a welcome sign, I loved it and many important details, bags of salt and sugar, individual cookies, etc., it had everything I needed, great location, in front of the beach, many shops in the area, shopping, you can do everything on foot. The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.

Super clean and cozy apartment, with several amenities such as Chromecast, bath towels, bed linen, even coffee in the closet, in addition to Gabriel's service, who was attentive and helpful from the reservation to our departure. Friendly building staff, parking on the street was super easy, with nearby shops that make it safer to leave the vehicle in front of the building. Next to the VLT, with a fair on Saturday mornings 500 meters away, you can walk and get to know the neighborhood. Anyway, it was a great stay. Super recommend!!!
