The apartment is great! Very nice and well-equipped. The location is excellent! The left side street has many restaurants and on the right side street there is a great breakfast, at a gas station. Highly recommended! The waterfront is beautiful and widely used. Super safe location. We left and returned at different times, whether to run on the waterfront very early or to go to restaurants late at night. Everyone in the building was very nice and helpful. The building is also great and well maintained. The only bad thing is the garbage collection, because we need to be in the apartment to deliver it. In addition, everything is excellent! Communication was also great and super fast.

We went with a baby and it was the best choice, because we had the privacy of having a separate bedroom, so while he was sleeping in the bedroom, we could do other things in the living room and kitchen. Tenório was easy to communicate and their assistant was there to greet us at the check in with breakfast. The place is in a quiet location (exactly what we needed). The good taste applied to the house furnishing and design is a plus. We walked to the beach and enjoyed some peaceful time in Garça Torta. The kitchen is great for cooking and well equipped. The master bedroom has a hammock with a great view of the trees around the house.

My hosting was perfect! The house is surreal of beautiful, even more beautiful in person. Very well-equipped, Casa de magazine itself. Daniel is very helpful and attentive, always ready to answer my doubts. The house is well located and not to mention the beach that is delicious and very quiet. Near restaurants, feirinha, grocery and such. The beds are hotel bed type, very comfortable and quality linen. And Dona Gil, a love of person. We spent incredible and unforgettable days. about the house and the host note 1000. on the beach we did not like it very much,we had to move to other beaches.

The house is amazing, perfect for large group travel. It is close to the beach and close to the centrinho, where it has numerous restaurants. It also has a pharmacy and market on the same street. For me, the house is wonderful, with large rooms, with air conditioning and a very tasty pool. I highly recommend to anyone who goes to Maceió!

I spent the weekend with my family, staying at Monique's apartment. Clean apartment, super cozy, very well decorated and comfortable, exactly as advertised. Well-equipped kitchen, with everything we needed. Bed and bath linens are clean and in great condition. Monique is very polite, attentive and helpful. She gave us several tips for restaurants and tours. Very good condominium, on the seafront and the staff are super attentive and polite. I really enjoyed it and I intend to return to Barra de São Miguel soon. I highly recommend Monique's apartment.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, exactly as described in the listing. Good communication from the host. Registering for access to the building took longer than expected (the building security team could not locate our ID details which the host had sent), and the coffee machine was broken (although there was also a manual coffee filter in the apartment), but these were minor details. The location was good, on the corner of the Praça do Skate in a good neighbourhood of Maceió. We recommend this apartment and would stay there again.
