In addition to full access to the house and private parking for one car, you can use the common outdoor leisure areas of the condominium, which have a swimming pool and barbecue area. It has Wi-Fi in the living room and new air-conditioning in the bedrooms.

The house was designed with great affection, thinking about the comfort of everyone in the family, we chose to make all the rooms en-suites. Although the house is relatively small, all the rooms are well divided. They have three suites, all with air-conditioning and an electric shower. The balcony is a great place to enjoy the scenery in the hammock. The American kitchen is fully equipped and integrated with the dining room and living room. The house has a toilet. And the shower on the terrace is great for cooling off.
