Our stay was perfect! The apartment is consistent with the photos of the listing. The structure and organization of the building is very good. Great location, 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the supermarket and pharmacy, not to mention that the neighborhood is excellent, we walked around easily. Communication with Vivina was excellent, always very attentive and helpful. He even managed to make the check-out more flexible for us so that we could organize ourselves better. Anyway, I recommend it to anyone who comes to Maceió.

The apartment has a great cost-benefit, very well located, clean apartment containing what we needed. Unique item is the building under construction next door, those who seek a little more silence may be disappointed in the morning, in addition to the fact that this building changes the entire view of the pool area being no longer as it is in the photos. But this is a common item to the other apartments we saw in the Time building. But it would undoubtedly return, as our focus was on the various beaches in Maceió and the region.

We stayed at Casa Prema to get to know Ipioca, and the space not only matched but exceeded expectations. The space is extremely cozy, beautiful, cozy, optimally located right in front of the beach with a breathtaking view of the bedroom door to a very blue sea. The environment is super cosy, the quiet building, the clean rooms and all utensils are at your disposal. The location is easy access to beaches, markets, pharmacies and gas station, all very close by. French Beach is just a 5-minute drive away. Very attentive Marco always responded quickly, in a flexible check in and checkout. I loved the environment and I recommend it to EVERYONE.
