Vacation rentals with a patio in Praia do Francês

The week I spent in Sérgio's apartment was perfect. The location is top notch, the apartment has everything we need, and the view is amazing. Besides, Sergio is a very kind person. I intend to return to Maceió and stay there again.

Beautiful apartment, quick communication with the hosts, everything perfect. The point of attention is the mess in the bar in front, on the weekend at night and in the early morning it gets a little complicated to sleep. For those who like peace and quiet, I do not recommend it from Friday to Sunday.

Unique location. Close to restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets and very strategic, facing the sea. Air-conditioned environments and utensils, all in perfect condition. Returning to Maceió, I certainly already have my preference.

It was great! Perfect location. There's a work going on beside the building. But how we got the weekend this wasn't so much hassle. Muuuuito clean and identical to the photos. Very good bedding. The service with Lucas was also great. It is close to very good stalls, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. The village also had a nearby bakery that served great coffee, lunch and dinner.

New place, cozy, all decorated and very comfortable. Congratulations. Impeccable cleanliness. Nothing to complain only to thank. Practically in front of the sea, next to the mall, supermarket nearby. And they were kind enough to let me check in early and were very attentive. I would definitely go back to the same place.

It was a perfect stay, the house accommodated our family very well. All rooms with plenty of comfort, and privacy. Pool is wonderful. The condominium is very safe, and the gym is well equipped. From the first contact with Katianne, she was always very responsive to us. It was undoubtedly an unforgettable trip, we'll be back.

Mr. Lourenço I always request. The house is airy and clean. A very quiet condominium next door has a grocery store. I want to go back and stay there again. Gratitude!

We stayed at Casa Prema to get to know Ipioca, and the space not only matched but exceeded expectations. The space is extremely cozy, beautiful, cozy, optimally located right in front of the beach with a breathtaking view of the bedroom door to a very blue sea. Daniel and Inês were perfect hosts, with light and cosy energy. Delicious Breakfast and Dinner. Another highlight was the work of Inês, very immersive and very relaxing, excellent professional! Staying there was a real experience.

Marcio was super helpful, made us super comfortable from booking to our departure, super recommended! Quiet, organized place and close to everything!

He responded promptly whenever we needed, and even made the checkout time more flexible. I recommend it.

Simply incredible stay, wordless to describe! The apartment is even better than in the pictures, really nice. The environment is super cosy, the quiet building, the clean rooms and all utensils are at your disposal. The location is easy access to beaches, markets, pharmacies and gas station, all very close by. French Beach is just a 5-minute drive away. Very attentive Marco always responded quickly, in a flexible check in and checkout. I loved the environment and I recommend it to EVERYONE. If you're looking for a place to have unforgettable moments for your family, this is the right place ❤️

The wonderful accommodation, my family and I loved the environment, it was the way we wanted it, in front of the beach and with a pool, the apartment was very organized, clean and very accessible, we sought tranquility and found it during our stay, Mr. Eder was super attentive, answering our questions, polite.
